On one hand, I could save twenty five lives. On the other hand, I could interfere with history. On the third hand - which only appears after a few bottles of whisky, I note, or after intaking certain narcotics - it's possible that your actions will end up creating history. Predestination paradox and all that.

It's possible that things were meant to be that way all along, or that the future didn't actually change at all - the trouble, really, is knowing what's safe and what isn't.
