[There are several piles of snow on the Plane today. There's enough of it to cover a small section of the 'floor' in it, as well as scatterings here and there. Arthur is sitting in the middle of it, dressed appropriately for the cold, at least, with a heavy winter jacket and large snow boots. His cheeks are a bright red, though whether this is because of the cold or the scotch currently being filtered by his body is anyone's guess.

There are tuffs of snow on his hair and clothes, but these are ignored in favor of the drawing in the snow he seems to be working on at the moment. Equations, to be exact]

It's not important, I don't know, I just thought I could be helpful, maybe.

[blinks] Just curiosity, really. I'm rather lost on all of this, so I thought it might help if I knew why it's important.

[sighs and then shrugs] Sometimes people need a bit of a push, I suppose and I was the closest? Or maybe it seemed as good a way to spend a bit of time as any. Or I like you both and thought it would be a nice thing to do for you two. Or maybe I'm just curious too, and wanted to be on the inside of something. I really don't know.

[rubs the back of his neck, a little awkward] Sure, of course.

[he relaxes and smiles, feeling a little more at the question, and he is back to thinking Arthur is adorable]

I'll try to help out as much as I can. They have entire programs about that, too. We could watch sometime, give you an idea and all that.

[The Doctor returns, albeit a little messier with a few reels of film. There's a pause.]

I really don't want to go into the details. I just forgot it was next to the garden.

[That explains everything in his mind.] Anyway! Where were we? Ah, right, shouldn't be difficult to set up. Mind you I haven't done it in a few years but it shouldn't be a problem.

[grins] Are we ready now, then?

[gives the Doctor a questioning Look]

The garden?

[let's that Look linger for a moment before clapping his hands together and answering Arthur]

Right, ready as I'll ever be.

The one with the erm...especially curious plants.

[Runs a hand through his hair and beams. He tucks the reels under his arm and flips out the mobile really quick for a text. 'We should talk later.']

So! I'll go ahead and set it up, then. You're welcome to get seats.

[nods] Seats in the middle should be good....

[ANd he starts to head off towards the cinema]

[smirks after Arthur. They grow up soooo quickly. Texts back: 'I agree. We really don't talk enough I think']

Really, the middle? I much prefer the back. Then again, we have the entire cinema to ourselves, we can all sit wherever we like.

Did anyone think to grab the popcorn?

[Texts! 'Well, yes, that too. We could have tea! I meant more about this bit.']

I always like sitting in the projection booth. Gives you a nice view of everything and you get to hear stories from the projectionist.

And no, I don't suppose there'd be any there?

So we're all going to be sitting in different sections? [He sounds a bit disappointed at that]

And I'm not sure, actually. I've never visited the cinema here.

[looks at Arthur, and then shouts up to the Doctor]

Well, there's no projectionist for you to hear stories from, so you might as well sit down here with the rest of us.

Wait a few minutes and I'll go grab some popcorn from the kitchen.

[and takes off in the direction of the kitchen]

[The Doctor finishes setting up the reels and attaches a little remote to them, then ends up climbing down.]

[a bit pouty] Well I never said I wouldn't sit with you both. Just have to decide where...

[Scratches his neck and looks at Arthur.] Middle you said?

[nods] Or anywhere you would like, Doctor.

[The Doctor nods.]

Oh, hardly any trouble, really. They're very nice films.

[He counts the rows and then picks one.] Between the back and the middle. Compromise.

[He slips into the row, taking a seat somewhere near the middle] How will you start the projection from here?

[He grins, looking like he's pleased with himself as he sits down. He takes out his sonic screwdriver.]

I can use this. I rigged up a sonic frequency receptor to flip the switch for me.

[curiously] What is it?

[Handy returneth with lots of popcorn. He slides into the seat next to the Doctor, and passes the popcorn to him to hold, since he's in the middle]

What is what?

[The Master appears OUT OF NOWHERE and physically yanks Handy out of his seat, taking the spot on the other side of the Doctor. He slips an arm behind his Doctor's back, his hand resting on the Doctor's neck, and then he smiles pleasantly at Arthur]

Eddington, did I ever mention that the Doctor and I were... ahh, how should I put it? We were at school together.

[and then he looks at Handy]

Entirely unsurprising, really, that he should miss how much I valued the exclusivity of that. He didn't notice then, and he would completely miss it now if I weren't so careful to make myself very clear.

[absently stroking the back of the Doctor's neck with his thumb]

Of course, the Doctor has always appreciated his privacy, so it would be good of you not to bring up our education with anyone else. And Arthur? You're a human. You could never keep up with the class.

[Now beaming quite pleasantly]

So when will the film start?
