[during the current crisis, Oliver has taken shelter in the Plane's library. he is reclining in a comfortable chair, with a book on the floor in front of him--upside-down and open, as though it's slipped off his lap. he is just stirring from sleep, and sits up, causing the back of the chair to come up with him. he shakes his head, looking about groggily for an instant--then, instantly, he's on edge. he looks slowly around the room, contemplating it warily] Hey, is someone...? ...no.

[slowly, he reaches down to retrieve his book--something on Greek and Roman mythology, for the curious. but he's still stiff and edgy, glancing around him before he turns his gaze downward, flipping back to his page previous page. but instead of reading, he looks up again, tense] Who-who's there? I hear you!

[Kuhn was looking for something to take his mind off being stuck, and pretty much jumps out of his skin when Oliver wakes up and makes all of that noise. He turns to him, a little wide-eyed, and puts both hands in the air.]

Nothing to worry about Oliver. It's only me. You can go back to sleep, I won't disturb you. I was only picking up a book on 19th century pantomime.

[sighs, relieved to hear the familiar voice. Asch might be particularly comforting to him because he helped Oliver as a kid, but don't expect Oliver to admit that...not that Asch would want him to. in any case, Oliver smiles] Yeah, I hope they don-- [but he turns to Asch and stiffens, gasping]

[Jamie is testing one of the bookshelves to see how stable it is, thinking maybe he can use it for...something. He's not sure what, yet, but he's been on edge since he got here. Having the option to use it if he needed it would be good. The call stops him, though, and he goes to see where it's coming from.]

Oli! [Yay, familiar people. It's ironic how Box hates closeness and intimacy, and all those things, and when it gets to it he's seeking to be in a group, he kinda misses his own. So he is stepping closer, wearing slippers.]
