[grins] All right, forgiven. So what now shall we do, Rose Tyler?

Dunno. Anything but paperwork.

Paperwork is very very low on my list of things to do. Somewhere under 'research addictions to garlic'.

Then you get to think up something that isn't paperwork.

[pouts at her] My usual ideas are a bit tricky right now, what with the TARDIS a bit grounded.

[Pats again] There are still loads of things you can do. [Nudges] As long as we take it a bit easy, though. I did just, y'know, wake up two hours ago.

[now feels a bit like an ass] I didn't even ask...what happened? You don't need another nap, do you?

Nah, don't think so. Tricky thing, though, coming back like that. Leaves me a bit out of it and slightly knackered for a while.

What happened like how I died? Or how I was brought back?

Usually death is a bit more permanent. Well, not always. But yes, what happened to cause...that? Although I wouldn't mind hearing the method they use.

You'd have to ask Mickey, I think. I've always been, well, dead, whenever it's happened. Well, except for the one time Mickey died, but I was too busy doing other things to really pay attention.

I died because of a snakebite, though. Mickey, Jake and I were out in the Amazon rainforest, and a snake bit me. I think Jake mentioned something about it being an alien snake, which is why it happened so instantly.

Hm, ask him for me sometime.

[nods thoughtfully] Sounds like a Ethyl Hexyl. More or less a snake. Very dangerous poison. Instant death to, well, most species. I remember trying to play with one once when I was younger.

That doesn't surprise me at all, knowing you. Did you die?

Hm? Oh, no! I wasn't a Time Lord yet. The Rani just whacked me for messing with her 'experiments' and gave me the antidote. Quite uneventful, really. The point is they're dangerous to most people. Can't imagine why one would be on Earth. Maybe it was flushed out...

Dunno. Would've liked to find out, but then I died and Jake had to deal with it.

Did he manage to capture it?

Dunno. I haven't seen him yet. I came here from the infirmary bed.

Ah, well. I'm sure that'll clear up. Those two did take out the Cybermen.

Oh, I'm sure everything will turn out brilliant. [Lets out a slight yawn] I was just getting bored in that bed. I was supposed to stay there for two days.

You sound like you could use a bed.

No I don't.

Well, I think it'd be good if you rested.

You only say that because I was supposed to stay and got bored.

I'm saying it because you died and you need rest.

[Sigh] I don't want to go back there. It's so boring, and they're always poking at me.
