I hate dying when I have plans. I mean, there's the time it takes to bring me back, then there's all the paperwork I have to fill out.....And I really wanted to take Mickey and Jake out for sushi at the new sushi bar on Oxford.

The Rani. Usually. Very lovely woman, though she more or less went the way of the Master. Not exactly as evil. Not actively evil. Just very fond of experiments. Honestly I think if it had been up to her, she would have stayed in a little corner of the universe tinkering with animals.

Oh it was back then! I used to be quite impressive to her, you know. I was one of the better biologists at school. Not that I paid much attention in class. Or went. But I could fix any problem she was having with her experiments. She even tracked me down once in my Seventh to help her. Sixth, technically, but I regenerated during it. And actually she wanted help with thermodynamics...
