[today, Menzies and the Doctor are out in the middle of the Plane. they have a stack of green notebooks on the ground behind them, and they're looking to talk to all the passersby they can]
We've found out more about the monster causing the disappearances--and Grey's gonna take us to it. If you're willing to help, get over 'ere. We need to plan this.
[Ten turns around to grab one of the notebooks. to her:] No, no, no, no. Not like that, Patricia. Like this. [he clears his throat, then holds up a notebook]
Oi, you lot! We've got Grey's notebooks! And we need your help to rescue the people who have been held captive! [never mind they're probably dead by now, but hey, he always tries to be an optimist] We can't wait long, so come on, what are you waiting for?
[then he turns to her, grinning] See? Like that.
[she smirks back at him] Very impressive. But don't get 'em reading the notebooks or we'll never get anywhere.
[ooc: This is a planning post related to this. It's a mingle post, so feel free to threadhop and interact with each other as well as us!]

When all of this is over, can you tell me about the things you've seen?
no subject
Certainly! But I think you'll have to narrow it down a bit. I don't think you have a few hundred years to hear about it all. [sadly, he's not joking. in fact, he's probably underestimating.]

I'll make a list then. And, well... [ Tad coy. ] I think I have a hundred years to spare.
