[the Doctor stands outside the library, Meredith's words of caution from the projection surfacing in one of his many passing thoughts:
"Be careful in the library."
for the Doctor, that's like slapping a big ol' "DO NOT ENTER" sign on it and expecting him to stay out. of course, it's a sign that he'll brazenly ignore and continue on his merry way just like he's always done.
but he has another reason for heading for the library besides some not-quite-so-amateur sleuthing...]
[to no one in particular:] Well, let's hope the bookworms haven't decided to revolt!
[he pushes the doors open with a flourish and heads in]

Anyway yes, you are indeed in capable hands, if I do say so myself. [which is an assessment he feels is an understatement] But since we're going to be here for a bit, why don't you tell me a bit about yourself, Xerxes? Or do you prefer "Break"?

[ Break does something of a slow step forward, cane twirling, voice singsong as always. ]
My, it matters not to me what you prefer to call me, Mister Physician.
[ Step step, slight skip. He is totally answering your inquiry regarding him. Really. He just did, see? He said he doesn't care what you call him. ] Tell me, are you truly a doctor, or merely under the title of one? I Imagine that being under the title of such a profession would carry a rather useful sort of burden! Quite contradictory, if you ask me~
