[on the first floor, Remus has finally decided to avail himself of the outdoor baths; he's been experimenting with his ring quite a bit, so that may contribute to his current relaxation

he's wearing nothing but swim shorts, and his pale skin is strewn with scars, some fairly recent, some over a decade old; most appear to be claw and bite marks

his eyes are closed as he leans back, all but his head submerged in the water]

[Nine is also currently experimenting with his ring! and more fully clothed, alas, though he is without his leather jacket. He is also, specifically, experimenting with his flying powers. and because IT MOST CERTAINLY IS A THEME, he loses control for a moment and lands with a large splash in the bath near Remus! he resurfaces after a moment, laughing. never mind that he's soaking wet.]

[Remus doesn't respond at first, busy rubbing the water out of his eyes; when he does look at the Doctor, they're wide with amused surprise, though his smile is a tad exasperated] Apparently people are making a habit of it.
