[The Doctor appears on the Plane, a mixture of utterly confused, and mildly annoyed] Oi! Bit more of an explanation would be nice! What sort of machine... [and he trails off when he notices the stars and galaxies, his expression turning to one of manic delight]

Fantastic! [walks around a bit, relieved to find that he is not falling through space, before noticing something] ...Hang on, this is all a bit wrong. Like some idiot cut up the universe and pasted it back together, but they’ve got no idea where anything goes. [digs through his pockets and eventually pulls out a red sharpie and a pad of paper, drawing out some proper star charts, and sticking them onto the “floor” of the Plane with duct tape. Because it holds the universe together.]

See? Not terribly complicated, is it? I’m sure you lot could fix it up this “machine” of yours with a bit of jiggery-pokery in no time. [crosses his arms] I’d fix it myself, but I’ve sort of got things to do, places to see, etc. So if someone wouldn’t mind showing me the way out, I’d appreciate it, thanks. [ waits for some kind of response] ...Ah. Maybe a bit of bribery? I’ve got...erm...[digs around in his pockets again, and pulls out a banana] ...a banana? Good source of potassium, bananas. [another pause] That’s never going to work, is it?

[...is slightly suspicious of how simple that sounds, but will go with it for now] Right. I'm the Doctor, by the way, nice to meet you.

[chuckles, tossing the banana at him] Alright then, how does it work?

[Don't mind Roxas, Nine. He's just over here, laughing a bit.]

You carry a banana around with you?

[stop that D:] Oi, I like bananas. Bananas are good.

[But he is a teenager! >:]

Yeah, but... don't they go bad really fast?

[~~so is Nine~~ no excuse :|] Good question! But nope. Got that one from Villengard. 51st century. Lasts a bit longer than your average Earth banana.

[Lawl. Time periods mean nothing to a kid that travels to different worlds, all with their own time-keeping practices.] Never heard of Villengard before.

[Nine does not know this, but he is intrigued by the fact that he doesn't react to the 51st century thing] Not surprised. Where are you from?

[blinks] The name of a town's the name of the entire world? Must be a tiny planet.

[chuckles] Thought not. What's it like, your Twilight Town? Besides tiny.

[Dino..hasn't meet any other Doctors yet and isn't that startled by sometimes odd sounding titles or names anyway. Hitmen in his world love them.] I'm Dino Cavallone. So..it's just 'The Doctor'?

[ahah Nine is not a hitman, really. He just pretends to be tough :|b] Yep, just "The Doctor." Anything else I ought to know about this place, Dino?

Well... it's quiet. Constantly in twilight. Boring. [Despite the bland description of the place, he's got a nostalgic little smile on his face.]

[having approached from the rear, Dorothy leans around him to the side to peer at his banana. .....the fruit. In his hand. WHAT DID YOU THINK I MEANT?]

Won't get very far with that thing. Nobody's really sure how this place works but I'm pretty sure it don't run on bananas. Why would you want to leave? This place is awful nice once you get to know it a little.

[BEAMING. Big ears and a great big smile. Where have we seen THAT before?]

So you've been kidnapped to some weird other world to be experimented on as they please, with absolutely no power to stop them, and the only thing you packed is a banana?

[Mu was acquainted with the other Nine, and (s)he approaches to talk, but seems the tiniest bit off put by the very obvious fact that this is not the Nine (s)he knows. Still]

I think you may be the very first who's offered to compensate for information.

[smiles] See you gotta still go round insulting other species when you're stressed.

[the Doctor smiles a bit too] Not so bad though, is it?

Yeah. [A little laugh.] What's the saying...? "Absence makes the heart grow fonder"?
