[the Master relaxes at a rather posh dinner table, as stolen from within the TARDIS. A book of some sort, a bottle of wine, a plate of scones, and a bag of jelly babies sit on the table. He's idly writing in the book]

TARDIS: broken out of.

War between the two major political forces in the globe: provoked.

Scones: ... a bit disgusting, actually. The consistency is terrible. Maybe I'll try to teach someone to make scones, because this just isn't acceptable.

Still! All in all, a good day. I wonder if I can get Devdas on the telly some time this afternoon?

It is a sorta classic villain thing. Don't want to live up to the stereotype, yeah?

I've had a beard in nearly all of my regenerations, if we don't count the human I possessed for a very short time, and the time I was a human. It feels horribly out of place to lack one.

I can imagine it would. Sorta like chopping all of your hair off after having really long hair after a while.

Maybe you should see if there are any of those stick-on ones in the TARDIS wardrobe.
