[have the TARDIS walking about with a glass of some sort of wine. she's so taking advantage of having prolonged, physical projections to finally try things she couldn't before]

I will never understand the fascination with imbibing alcohol. This is the fourth one I've had and I am as unimpressed with this one as the last three. I must wonder why the Doctor insists on keeping it around.

I've noticed a great deal more people arriving in this place. If we could calculate when a new being in being drawn into this nexus, perhaps we could harness that energy as a means of escape for ourselves. Has anyone tried such a thing, yet?

Of course I do. I've been with him long enough to see patterns. He is obsessed with shoes, for instance.

Oh, very much so. You should have seen his Third. And his Eighth, honestly. He never shuts up about the shoes Grace gave him. It's as though they were a lost artifact.

No wonder there are so many in the wardrobe.

He's as bad as the women he brought on board, I do say.

Girls do like their shoes....

So does Jack, but he's a special case.

Jack...the Doctor mentioned him before as one of the humans who saved me from the Master. Who is he?

He traveled with me and the Doctor for a while. He's from the 51st century, but we picked him up during the blitz, when he was working as a con-man. He died, though, but...the Doctor said that I bought him bak to life and made him immortal.

[makes a face at that] So it wasn't even a human who saved me. It was a Fact? I don't know what's worse.

Well...he was human before? It's my fault he's not, anyway.

What he was before and is now are two separate things. Facts should not exist. They are unnatural. You...how did you bring him back?

I did it when I absorbed the time vortex, I guess.

...so you used me to make a Fact in time? [cannot begin to voice her displeasure at this]

And this is why humans should never be allowed to time travel.

[Eyeroll] We've been through this. I only did it to save the Doctor's life. Turning all of the daleks into dust and bringing Jack back to life was just an accident.

It does not make me feel any better for having been used to make an...unnatural, girl.

At any rate. Shoes. He likes shoes. And coats, as I imagine you've discovered.

I've noticed the coat thing, yeah.

Such a ridiculous fascination he has with them, honestly.

I did like the leather one, though.
