[Toph is sitting on the Plane and leaning back against Appa, who is curled up and munching some hay. Toph is fiddling with a chunk of what looks like some kind of black metal. She's holding it between her hands and metalbending it into various shapes--a star, a square, a snake, and a miniature Appa. Appa lets out a rumble.]

I know, I'm still working on it. Space earth is weird.

Really? But metal is a part of earth.

[Shrugs] I tried, but nothing happened. Oh! But I did figure out something else!

Oh yeah? What's that?

[She can't see, but she'd very likely be able to feel the psynergy around Isaac build up, but instead of pillars of rock, he conjures.....Fire?!]

[She felt that alright.]

...Whoa! How did you do that?

We switched our Djinn! I can do this too! [Conjures more psynergy, and this time it manifests as ice]

Your Djinn? Oh, those guys who give you your powers, right? Hey, that's pretty neat! That's like Avatar stuff!

Yeah! Turns out they let us use each other's psynergy!

Avatar, eh?

Heh, that's gotta come in real handy. I love earthbending, but I can't tell you the number of times firebending or waterbending would have helped.

He's the only person in my world who can use all four elements. He's a friend of mine.

It IS handy, but it makes my Earth Psynergy weaker...

Wow! He must be pretty special.

So the strength of your Psynergy is based on those Djinn you have?

Heh, I guess he is, but he'll always be Twinkletoes to me.

Just how many Djinn are there?

[Shrug] The Wise One never told us.

He guarded Sol Sanctum.

Guarded, huh? But not anymore? Did something happen?

[Erk. The truth still hurts him to admit, so Toph gets the short version.] They were stolen.

What was stolen? Sol Sanctum?

No, the Elemental Stars - they were stashed away in Sol Sanctum.

Oh, so it's a place. And the Elemental Stars--I'm guessing that has something to do with Psynergy and all that?

Yeah. The Wise One told us that they light the lighthouse beacons. Otherwise, we don't know much. [Reaches into his pocket and withdraws a spherical object, about the size of a golf ball, then takes one of Toph's hands and places it in for her to feel] That's the Mars star. It's the only one we managed to keep safe.

[Takes the Star and turns it over in her hands.] This is the star, huh? ...Wow...it doesn't feel like anything I've ever felt.

It's like a glass bead, but...It's full of Psynergy. I usually let Garet keep it, since his Psynergy is more in line with it.

So it's not earth, huh? It feels like... [Tries to figure it out, because Psynergy does feel a little similar to chi and to bending.]

Is it fire?
