[Toph is sitting on the Plane and leaning back against Appa, who is curled up and munching some hay. Toph is fiddling with a chunk of what looks like some kind of black metal. She's holding it between her hands and metalbending it into various shapes--a star, a square, a snake, and a miniature Appa. Appa lets out a rumble.]

I know, I'm still working on it. Space earth is weird.

Yak? He's not a yak. He's a flying bison.

Doesn't look like a bison. Bison are big shaggy brown guys that live in the west and get farmed for beef. That looks like a yak with an arrow.

Anyway, it seems like the animals in my world are a lot different from animals in other places. So just take my word for it--he's a flying bison.

Heh, that's gotta come in real handy. I love earthbending, but I can't tell you the number of times firebending or waterbending would have helped.
