[Handy doesn’t appear on the Plane, as much as he is walking the Plane. He hasn’t left since he found Reinette earlier. His clothes are stained with blood, as are his hands. He has been walking aimlessly. Still shaken from what happened.
Finally he stops. Not wanting to walk anymore. His legs are tired. He is tired. He sits down. Relieved to be off his feet. Crossing his legs, fingers tapping the floor, eyes studying the stars below.]

You punched me!
[He gets over the shock and rushes to knock over the Doctor]
no subject
[and is knocked over with a WHOOSH of air]

Don't blame me!
no subject
Why shouldn't I?
[And with the Doctor on top of him like this he decides to try for a knee to the stomach, hoping to catch the Doctor by surprise and flip them over again.]
no subject
[air leaves him with the knee to the stomach, and he cries out as he falls backwards. Good thing he hadn't eaten anything, he'd have probably lost it!]
no subject
No, it's your fault.
[And he throws a punch hoping to connect with the Doctor's nose.]
no subject
Because you were there and I wasn't?
no subject
And where the hell were you? Driving lessons with your new little friend?
[Now he decides that knee to the groin might be useful]
no subject
It has nothing to do with Lucy!
no subject
What happened then, back in France, back on that ship? Why did they get through so early?
[He pushes himself off of the Doctor, taking a seat on the Plane floor, nursing his nose.]
I think you broke my nose.
no subject
[sits up gingerly, wincing. Well, it's a good thing he doesn't use his joy department all that often anyway, because he's not going to for a while after that]
Good. [which is not sincere, and he hands him a handkerchief]
no subject
[Gives the Doctor a wary look, but takes the handkerchief anyway, applying it to his nose to stop the bleeding.]
Thanks.
no subject
[winces again and rubs his jaw]
I've heard stories about the Plane bringing people back, but the logistics of it make no sense. This is a machine, it isn't a God.
no subject
[His entire face hurts, and he wonders how long this will take to heal]
Someone else mentioned that before too, people coming back. I'm just assuming she was confused. Or wrong. Because....
[Pulls the handkerchief away and puts it to the side. He sniffs, and winces with it.]
Oh, that's disgusting.
no subject
[sitting up is too painful, so he lays back down]
Only way to find out now is to wait.
[sigh]
Did she say anything else?
no subject
[Looks over at the Doctor laying down] Now whose being dramatic?
How long does that take?
[sighs, and remembers]
"....I sometimes wonder ... if I did not get my sense for single-minded pursuit from them."
[chuckles]
Which seems very...her.
no subject
[grumble]
It really is, though. Very her.
[sad chuckle]
She was always too hard-headed. Too stubborn.
no subject
[He lays back on the Plane as well. He suddenly feels the need to explain himself, but keeps his gaze on the stars overhead.]
When I found her, it was over in minutes. I really did try, I just...
[sighs, focusing on the constellations instead] They did a pretty decent job, but is it me or does Circinus look a bit off right there?
no subject
Looks all right to me.
[he could just be being contrary, though]
Come on, I'll get you to the TARDIS, get that bandaged up.
no subject
Yeah? [Quickly tries to cover, changing his tone to casual.] I mean, yeah. Of course.
no subject
[winces and stretches, trying not to hold the part of him that hurts, then leads the way to his TARDIS]
