[Handy doesn’t appear on the Plane, as much as he is walking the Plane.  He hasn’t left since he found Reinette earlier.  His clothes are stained with blood, as are his hands.  He has been walking aimlessly.  Still shaken from what happened.

Finally he stops.  Not wanting to walk anymore.  His legs are tired.  He is tired.  He sits down.  Relieved to be off his feet.  Crossing his legs, fingers tapping the floor, eyes studying the stars below.]

Nowhere, really. I just sort of wandered, I guess. Same old life. [pause] Except not quite.

[takes a breath and leans back in his chair]

You can stay here. If you want. For a while.

[He looks shocked for a moment. He tries to tell himself not to get too excited. He takes a breath.]

Well, I suppose. Plenty of rooms around. Places aren't nearly as fun on your own.

But you have to leave when Lucy visits. Just for as long as she's here, all right?

He's not going to just let you two keep doing that, you know. What are you going to do about him?

Right, then. [did he just gain a companion? He can't help it, he grins a little]

Doing what? Traveling once in a while? He'll manage.

Right. [He thinks he might be grinning like an idiot. He doesn't care.] So where to?

[He's actually too excited to even question the Lucy thing, although he does try to push his luck just a little]

You know, if she's around, I can just stick in the background, go my own way, stay in one of the rooms. You two wouldn't even know I was here.

[this may be the first time they've been in the same room and smiling] I'm not sure. Haven't been to Orestark in a few centuries. Wonder if the moon's still made of cheese. Do you remember that? Literally made of cheese. Sort of smelly but still a lot of fun. Or! I have it! Disneyland! You know I've never been to Disneyland? That would be brilliant!

[and rementioning Lucy gets a scratch on the back of the head]

No, she's...uh...shy.

[He's getting more excited by the second, almost bouncing and not even caring how stupid he may or may not look] I do! I can't imagine it wouldn't be. Although if it still is, I'm betting it's even smellier. Disneyland, I was there. It really is brilliant. You'll love it. We could do that, if you want. I wouldn't mind going again.

[his smile fades a little, but not completely as he stares at the ground for a moment]

[hops to his feet] Disneyland it is, then! Then... [more teasing than actual grudging]...oh, all right, you can pick next. We'll have to properly set up a merger of universes which is really sort of complicated but was rather easy for Lucy and I, so we'll see how that all works out. Zeppelins'll start showing up in my London or something like that. Allons-y!

[he hops to his feet as well, ready to follow the Doctor back out to the console room] Right, Disneyland. [teasing as well] Aren't you generous?

Well, a merger of the universes usually is. Hopefully it will work. [Doesn't think too much about that, or else he'd be very worried and disappointed.] Allons-y!
