[Misaki is standing on the edge of the theater roof, on top of the little cement cement barrier there to keep people from falling off. She sticks one foot into the air in front of her, puts her arms out for balance, and then pivots sharply and starts walking along the ledge. She stops at the corner of the theater and it looks for a moment like she's going to jump, but she just plops neatly down on the ledge and dangles her feet in the air.]

...it's so pretty up here.

[... Oh, what the heck. Shifts back into his reclining position, but raises his voice this time.] Which part?

[Yelps and overbalances, slipping off the edge of the building]

[Well. Crap. Chris reaches out to try and catch her, but um... gets pulled off with her. SO in order to keep both of them from going splat, he pulls her against him... and phases through the ground. Seconds later, they pop up in the bar, part of the momentum from the fall coming with them.

[Stunned for a moment. She coughs a couple of times... and realizes she's laying on top of a male stranger and proceeds to flail.] Wh--h--s-sorry!

[Coughs a little too, but he shakes his head.] N-no, it's.. not your fault. I mean, not... this part. But, uh, look, would you mind getting off me?

[And he sits up, rubbing his head and looking at the surroundings now.] Don't worry about it. You're okay, right?

[Stands up, and offers her a hand.] I'm.. not sure. This doesn't usually happen.

[Takes it and hauls herself to her feet, still blushing.] You mean you don't usually fall off of buildings and end up... [...in a bar.]

Not usually, no. Through the floor maybe, but in a bar?

I didn't go splat because we... We fell through... Through the floor. [Sounding slightly lightheaded now.]

[Ughhhh... He'll be picking her up with a light 'oomph' and moving her over to a clear section of the bar. Then he'll be rooting around behind it for some water to splash on her face.]

[Twitch. Twitch. She makes a slight mumbley noise and rolls over. She pushes herself up onto her elbows and rubs at her eyes.] ...dad?
