[Aniki doesn’t so much appear as, well, fall from the Astral sky in a cascade of water. She hits the ground with a grunt and starts coughing; she’s soaked through and tied up from top to toe, a bit bruised, and definitely not happy with the situation.]
Sarden piss-swilling… Hello? Someone mind helping a lass?

[puffs out his cheeks and exhales slowly] It was a war between my people and the Daleks. Emotionless killing machines bent on wiping out anything different from them. It was a war fought through time and space. And eventually it had to end. I survived. And he ran.

Was a child soldier in Scanra, 'fore I met Rosto. Pulled in when I was eight, to help with wounds and such. The leader of the band who took us--me'n some of the other village kids--said he liked my face. [Little bit of a laugh at that.] Liked my face when I gutted one of his men with a fire poker.
I won't judge what you did, laddie. I wasn't there. I can't know.

S' why I prefer the company of Kora and my dear laddie Rogue. How'd you find him? Or did he hunt you up?

[laughed at that] I think if he could have, he would have rang me up just to bother me. But no. I found him by accident at the end of the universe. He was disguised as a human, so we didn't know each other at first. He stole my TARDIS and set up this great big elaborate plan to take over the universe. He rather likes doing those.

Never judge by looks. [pats his chest] Two hearts, for example.
