[Aniki doesn’t so much appear as, well, fall from the Astral sky in a cascade of water. She hits the ground with a grunt and starts coughing; she’s soaked through and tied up from top to toe, a bit bruised, and definitely not happy with the situation.]

[Here's a Dino staring wide-eyed] Aniki!? What...? [Then he takes a good look, disappears, and comes back with a wicked looking combat knife which he starts cutting the ropes with] What happened?

Good heavens! [She trots closer, concerned.] Hold still and I will get those ropes off of you.

[Brush time! She Power Slashes at the ropes until all of them have been cut.]

[Winces as each rope pops free.] Port Caynn rushers. The meeting went a bit sour.

[Holy hell. She sits up, rubbing her wrists.] That's a spell I've not seen.

Aniki-san! [ Nanoha comes a-runnin', then stops. ]

Hold still for me, okay? [ And Nanoha closes her eyes, pointing a finger in front of herself. A pink sphere of energy appears in front of her finger. Nanoha opens her eyes and aims, then shoots the pink bullet through the ropes. ]

Damn. They catch you right after the meeting?

[Winces a bit, then pushes herself upright, giving Nanoha a somewhat bemused look.] That was well done, lass. I don't think even Kora can be so accurate.

Mmm. No. Couldn't sleep. Probably not the best idea to go for a walk on my own.

It is one of my god powers. [She smiles.] I would help you to dry off, but I'm afraid that would mean conjuring a strong wind, and I'm not sure if you would like that.

But tell me, what happened to you?

[ Nanoha blushes and scratches the back of her head in embarrassment. ] I practice a lot in the mornings, before school.

Some rushers in the city decided to tie me up and let me take a swim.

It shows. [Approves of practice!]

[Snorts.] How very friendly of them. It is fortunate you were able to get out in time. Will you be able to handle them once you go back?

I can think of much smarter things you could have done. Do you have any serious injuries?

Exactly how badly did things go at the meeting?

Would have been fine if they hadn't snatched a doxie that was working close by. [She sits cross-legged and wriggles a finger in her ear.] Oh, not as bad as it could have been.

Oh, yes. I'll let the river carry me a bit, then circle back 'round behind them. Give them a nice surprise.

Doxie? I don't know that word, sorry.

It still must have been pretty bad if you had people after you. Do you think they were acting alone, or were they sent?

Mmm, prostitute. Don't want to guess until I have one of them to pound. Could be they recognized me and thought it'd be pat on the back from their Rogue for dousing one of the new Rogue's rushers.

[Chuckles.] I do not advocate killing them, of course, but perhaps giving them a taste of their own medicine? [Yes, Ammy can be a bit wicked sometimes :D]

[....] No, I was playing guard and garters with a spintry. Yes I was drowning.

Beat a reason for attacking me out of them anyroad.

[Grins mischievously and winks at Aniki.] Sometimes people just need a very stern talking to~

[Looks a bit strained himself, but comes over and starts untying her without a word]

[Blinks several times in a very surprised manner]

I never expected stuff like this to happen here...

[Kneels down besides Aniki] Who threw you into a lake then?
