Well, isn't it nice that all that business is over? I've been a bit busy dealing with the aftermath since then - ahhh, no matter. No one wants to hear about that, do they?

Lapis, Lazuli? I must regretfully decline any further doses of what you gave me - however beneficial, I rather like keeping my temper in control.


Now. The rest of you lot... I must pardon my previous behaviour - if I've growled, snarled, or generally seemed less than mannerly... well. I regretfully state that I was under a bit of a modification that made me significantly more hostile.

I'm not going to apologise for something I did while under an altered state of mind, Mr. Tyler. You're an officer - you must've seen people on drugs, how they often do things that they cannot control or do not recall?

I've also seen how sociopaths don't show any remorse, and how good they are at playing at empathy.

Now, now, Mr. Tyler. I am perfectly capable of showing remorse and regret, and I am insulted in that you think my empathy towards the death of your friend was faked.

Do you really think that if I were in my proper state of mind and had killed him, that I would have brought you to his body? It is a pity that I behaved in such a manner, yes, that I couldn't control myself, but I feel there is no further need for me to dwell upon what I've done.

I don't want you to - [lets out a snarl of breath, putting his hands in his pockets]

You lied about his death initially, tried to cover it up. The empathy you showed me doesn't match your expression when you [a moment's hesitation] killed him. You ate him. And now it's nothing. Those aren't the actions of someone who's killed 'under the influence' on accident. You don't rip a man's arm off and eat him and just walk away from it like it's nothing, not if you aren't a cold-blooded murderer to begin with.

Sorry, but your story won't cut it.

Tell me, Mr. Tyler. What do you intend on doing, then? I'm content enough to keep up manners with you and your annoying friend, but that is under the circumstances that you let me tend to my business.

There is, after all, no need for us to be enemies when there is no call for it.

[he begins to slowly circle]

You're brave. You know full well I could rip out your throat without a moment's hesitation, break your bones, possibly even tear open your stomach with a well timed strike - and yet, here you are. Brave. Brave and very foolish.

I like the first trait.

But it's the second one that I seem to get a lot. First the Doctor, now you.

You could rip me apart. Have me for dinner, if hoops don't suit your fancy. The Twins would probably bring me back, seeing as I owe them still. So you could kill me as many times as you like, for your entertainment.
