WE TOOK DOWN GODZILLA! [waves around a jar with a pretty damn mighty jewel in it] I told you we could! Me and Sam know what we're doing. It was like the giant fish but a much greater challenge. And I don't lose any challenges, so!

That'll teach monsters to eat whatevers. [nods firmly]

Yes! [bounces, then winces] Owww, my leg. [rubs her calf] And I'm out of metatags, too. But it was worth it! Are you okay, Sam?

I'm fine. Albus Dumbledore helped me. [is grinning rather ridiculously about that. But Fumie is hurt, so it is SRS!tiem] How are you hurt?

Me? Nah. I'm pretty tough! [gloating? just a bit] Godzilla was pretty tough, too, I'll grant him that. But he was doomed.

Really? He's pretty nice. [not sure why that's grin worthy but thought it was cute] Uhm...just my leg. Don't worry. I'm way more concerned about replacing those metatags.

That's good! Agito got so many I lost count, but none of them looked like Godzilla luckily!

There were a couple that looked like raptors but they were kinda... [>_> hates scary things] well, not worth the time!

Is it sprained? [ignoring the meta-tag bit - PRIORITIES, FUMIE]

[pouts, cause she has better priorities] Maybe a little bit but only a little!

[yep, whining here] But Saaaam, it doesn't really hurt that much...

My dear, it's rarely a matter of hurt. Many of the worst injuries barely hurt at all. I only want to make sure yours won't get worse.

[stares for a short while. Short because Fumie runs on emotions and there they go. Runs up to him and hits him (it possibly bounces off him. She's not exactly strong)] You have no room to talk!! How could you go get yourself killed? That was stupid! [sniffles, not crying, really] You're really careless! And horrible! Stupid...

[just...stares at her and her attempt at being anything other than a bird -- was that supposed to hurt, by the way? -- giving her a very flat look as her tirade trails off] What I do isn't any of your damn business, girlie. And I don't like your tone. [here you go, fumie, have Gene's face in yours] You so much as suggest I'm anything other than the best damn copper in Manchester and I'll break your toys, got it?

You can't just let it go. You have to have it checked.

Well... [holds out her arm] My upper arm got kind of scratched up when I fell. And my leg hurts.

[and have a very flat look right back as she raises herself up - all 3 feet and eleven inches of her - and speaks] Dying is my business because Sam is my business and he was really upset, okay?? You have to be strong enough to live!

I guess so. I'll have to do it here anyway. My mom probably wouldn't like it if I came home like this...

*Takes the arm gently, inspects the cuts, and lays his fingers on it softly, not applying any pressure* This may tingle, but it won't hurt. *His hand glows gold, and the flesh beneath knits itself back together quickly*
