Why does that fail to surprise me? But in... thirty years, computers will be small enough to be in practical use. Telephones will be mobile, fit in the palm of your hands. You'll be able to put computers into brief cases and walk around with them. And the internet is this thing that connects all computers - well, all the ones with access - to each other, for information to transfer all across the world. That's the type of place Fumie is coming from. With everything available to her through those glasses, she doesn't need dolls.
