[ Been a while.
If you're here, you'll likely catch sight of Omega bursting onto the plane - with purpose, like she's running from (or to?) something, and it seems important. Her forward momentum does slow after a few paces, and she finally stops, looking around for a sign of... well, anyone at all. ]
Excuse me! Someone! Someone who's... been around? Preferably. Please?
[ My, she's even more flustered than when some of the residents surprised her last time... ]
I read something. I-In the archives. And then I... I don't know, felt something different, and... L-Look, I just have a feeling. And I have a theory, but I need to talk to--
[ ... or not. Omega vanishes. ]
(( ooc: mingle amongst yourselves as you want, but Omega will not be returning or responding. ♥ ))

[But then he hears a voice he hasn't heard in a while. She's within earshot, and it's clear even to him that something's not right.] ...Meg? [He takes off in a run towards her voice.]
A theory? A theory about--? [His feet screech to a halt, head whipping around while he frantically looks around for her.] Meg? Meg! [Absently, a hand runs through his hair, his mind racing about what her appearance and words could mean.]
no subject
Something she found in the archives, perhaps? She mentioned that, at least…
no subject
[Then he turns to Hawk with a sudden realization.] Do you realize what time of year it is?
no subject
Er. [he frowns, thinking] We're approaching the end of the year, I think… Why do you ask?
no subject
Because if I'm right--and I almost always am--then we're probably near October. Or at least someone is. Travel around as much as I do, and well, you tend to lose track of where in the year you are. And that's just Earth!
no subject
[he chuckles] I can imagine that! If it's enough trouble going between different countries, it must be harder travelling between worlds.
So- should we be expecting something to happen now?

But he sees Omega suddenly just appear, which sets his arms flailing at his sides (with the bread shoved in his mouth dfjls) and he makes a muffled sound of surprise before he finally calms down!
Only for her to vanish. ]
Muhwf ffuh-- mmp!
[ Swallow, you idiot!!
He does, takes the bread out of his mouth, and stares where she'd just been standing. ]
... What was that all about?
no subject
Not sure. She found something, maybe…?
no subject
[ He seems less worried and more... baffled. ]
no subject
[fair enough! it is rather baffling.]

The heat signature... Whatever was here is gone now.
[Galen nods and folds his arms across his chest, a gesture of concern.] She was shouting. Couldn't hear what she said.
I couldn't hear much. I heard her mention archives, but I have a feeling she didn't mean our archives. [Ghost blinks and turns uncertainly to its Guardian.] Unless she did, and I'm not sure what I think of that.
[Despite himself, he can't help chuckling a little at that last remark. Ever since they found the Archive on Venus, Ghost's lamented leaving all those files behind.] I doubt it, but let's see if anyone around here can clear the air.

Jayden's been hanging around here long enough to get the pamphlet, get some handwaveable answers to things, and generally just carry on with things. As a whole, the Plane seems like zero consequence to her. Just another mystery she'd like to leave alone, because she has better things to do back in her own reality.
She'd come here for a break, though, after being fussed at for not taking better care of herself. She'd expected a quiet place to sleep. She did not at all expect a disappearing girl. And she seriously didn't expect aforementioned fellow guardian. And ordinarily, she probably wouldn't approach, but he's the first she's seen that is so very recognizably from back there. So...
She may be in her armor, but her helmet is off. She walks toward him, and his ghost - her own floats just behind her, right by her left shoulder. ]
Highly doubt she meant Venus. [ Might as well put that out there, at least. Then she turns her attention to the Guardian. ] Didn't think I'd see someone else here.
no subject
Yeah, me neither. [A rare smile tugs at his lips.] Kinda glad to see you, honestly.
[In a softer voice to Galen as it floats back closer to its Guardian:]Perhaps they can tell us why someone installed an "Information Kiosk" that lacks a proper amount of information.
[He shakes his head slightly, and lets out a little sigh under his breath.] We'll ask about that later. [To the other Guardian:] Do you know who that was?
no subject
She quirks an eyebrow when his Ghost inquires about the kiosk, but otherwise doesn't address the topic - its Guardian already said "later," after all. Her attention returns to him when his returns to her. ]
Her name is Omega. That's all I know. It's only the second time I've ever seen her.
no subject
The second time? What happened the first time?
[He wants to ask so much; he rarely ever gets a chance to hang out with a Titan. He always seems to team up with Warlocks more often than not. Suits him, he likes gleaning techniques from them, but sometimes, some brute strength on the field is nice while he fishes for more sniper ammo.]
no subject
[ Yes, that just came out of her mouth. Srs as anything. ]
I don't know either.
no subject
[A short pause.] ...Speaking of stuff from other worlds... [He trails off, briefly glancing at his Ghost before he looks back at her and points out to his right at something in the distance.] Is that food safe to eat? You know, all that stuff in the kitchen?
no subject
Ah- hold on-
[except then she vanishes, and- after a moment's surprise- he moves forward, to try to see if there's anything to be found.]
no subject
Nothing. Of course. He glances at the guy beside him, and can't quite help raising an eyebrow at the guy's appearance.]
You have no clue where she went either, right?
no subject
Not a one. I don't think… did you see anything that looked like teleportation magic? [that's all he can think of.]
no subject
Nope. I can't smell her either.
[Under normal circumstances, he wouldn't quite own up to his inner wolf, but desperate times call for desperate measures.] I haven't been on the Plane long, but that definitely wasn't normal.
no subject
[Hawk does give him a curious look at that- he's met some beastmen, but he hadn't expected to meet any here. … Which sounds a little silly, now that he thinks about it- there's no reason any of them wouldn't be able to arrive here, after all.]
It's not- I can't say I remember anything like it, at least. Any thoughts on how we might be able to track her down?
no subject
If we had something of hers, I could try again - but man, I've got nothing. I don't exactly do location spells and that kind of magic.
