[Guess who's back? Shun is on the Plane sitting next to his god cloth away from everyone else, arms resting on knees draw up to his chest. He looks a little down and very, very thoughtful.]

I've made a deal with the Twins before. I'm willing to doing it again. I'm sure they would be able to somehow seal Hades, at least for as long as the Astral Plane exists. The payment would be my responsibility, and they could make it so that only you are capable of removing the seal. [Pauses.] But this is your life, Shun, and you're the only one who can make decisions about your life. So I won't do anything unless you ask me to.

But you said there's ways of sealing him for centuries. If there's a solution that doesn't involve the Twins, then that of course would be...preferable.
Like I said, though, the final decision is yours.

[Sighs. He's not entirely happy with this situation.] Alright. If that's what you want.
Do you intend to go to the Twins, though?

Hades shouldn't have been able to come back in my world, but he did. I want to ask the Twins if they know why that happened too.

[Grimly,] It's likely because of this place.

[Then, dryly,] Has anyone ever told you that you're all way too noble for it to be healthy?

[Remembers something he was going to ask before the whole Twins issue was raised] Li, how did you do the shock thing? Even Hades felt that and I thought you didn't have any cosmo.

[It fades almost immediately at the question, though. Quietly,] So you remember that.
[He's quiet for a long time.]
You're right. It's not cosmo. It's...nothing like cosmo.
There are people in my world with certain abilities. They're called Contractors. [Glances at Shun.] Those Gates I told you about...Contractors began appearing the same time the Gates did.
[Goes blank.] They're soulless monsters without emotion or empathy, acting only on logic and the need to survive. They're good only as killing machines, so they're employed as such. They're not to be trusted.

Enjoy the cake.
[And he wanders off.]
