 [Mu is sitting quietly in one of the booths of the bar, absently toying with an empty coffee mug. His hands are, once again, free of the scars that indicate his work.  Whatever it is that he's contemplating, he seems troubled by it.

He does afford anyone who enters a small greeting, but he's very clearly waiting for someone...or, perhaps, several someones.]

[she grimaces] No...you're probably right. [darkly] But that doesn't stop her if she needs something later.

And what about Laith? [because Mu is the best lead she has now, and while knowing the culprit is invaluable, she wants to make sure she gets all the information she can do] Do you know anything else about her?

I'm afraid I don't. I don't even have an idea as to why she went through all of this trouble.

[she nods, her eyes narrowing] Then I suppose we'll just 'ave to find 'er and find out.

I plan to, once I've spoken to all I must speak to.

Right... [she has a feeling she knows who he means and why he wishes to speak to them, and she's not sure what else she can say to that. what would she do if she were in his shoes? it's a thought that she decides doesn't bear thinking about, so instead she keeps her focus on the task at hand]

Just let me know when you're ready to go.

[and she stands, heading off to give him some privacy while he has the conversations he needs to. but she'll be nearby--ready to confront Laith when the time is right]
