[the Master appears on the Astral Plane, pacing and snarling. if he had fur, it would stand on end, but for now he simply seems to be rather pissy about something]

I am your superior, Mr. Hunt. You work for me.
[his eyes are wild, and as he speaks, traces of Gene's black blood can be seen on the Master's lips, his fangs]
Learn it, and this needn't happen again.

You're a worthless piece of shit. [spits in his face] I didn't agree to be your bloody flunky, I said I'd work with you.

You remember incorrectly. My offer was for you to be my lawman. You later chose to take me up on that offer. Your exact words...
[he slips into Gene's voice] "On one condition. You don't breathe a word of it to anyone, especially Tyler."
[then back to his own] You made no other conditions, just that, which I have faithfully upheld.
[he slams Gene into the ground again] And then after I told you that you now worked for me, that you obeyed my orders, your exact reply was...
[Gene's voice again] "We'll see how well that works. Boss or not, I'm still the Gene Genie and I do what I want, how I want it."
[and back] Not once was there any statement of you working with me. You agreed to work for me, under me, and made no attempt to make it an equal partnership.

[all this slamming about hurts, but Gene's not about to admit it, so instead he falls back on anger and yells in the Master's face, straining against the other man in an attempt to get up, because he doesn't like not being in control. at all]
I said I'd do what I want, how I want, and that's exactly what I'm doing, you murdering scum! I warned you, you bloody bastard. [struggles more, then tries to head butt the Master] Now let me go!

You will learn to respect me, Gene Hunt! I said I treat my allies well, but you are sorely trying me!
[the ground around them literally rumbles as the Master rages]

[woah, ground rumbling!] The bloody hell was that?

This planet is connected to the life force of those on it's surface. For example, the two of us, though you're only visiting for a short time and I doubt it will get a hold on you. On the other hand, it has a very firm connection with me.
[he glances over at the newly formed crevasse]
The planet doesn't take to fighting much. It's what killed this place - hunting, fighting, warfare. Every time someone fought, this planet died just a little bit more.

[he remains as calm as he can manage despite the fact he had just been fighting and asserting his dominance over Gene]
We've business to attend to. Perhaps we'll stop to have that bite washed out.
no subject
The only business we've got, as I see it, is me kicking your ass for giving me this bite in the first place.

Mr. Hunt, would you care to have the ground rip open again?

Good... Mr. Hunt. You're going to meet one of the hunters - Russ. He's mindful of those above him, though he possesses a bit of a temper. He's not the best, that's Jaska, but for now he'll suit our purposes.

[he continues to lead the way until he bellows out the cheetah's name, prompting that very cheetah to show face
an adult with scars from fighting on the arms, chest, neck, and with a notched ear, but otherwise unscathed; dressed in hobbled together cloth and metal clothes. the cheetah eyes Gene for a moment and then grins, baring his teeth]
Russ, this is my associate, Gene Hunt.
