[ The young man who had been at the Plane previously inspects himself briefly. Satisfied that he's in one piece and not dreaming, he seems content with his finding the Plane again.

He knows he should find Master and the others as soon as possible, but he doesn't want to be a burden so he makes his way to the Information kiosk. He's determined to learn more about this place, and there's something that captured his curiosity that the brochures don't seem to cover. He'll approach the next person he sees, new face or not, brochure in hand, and ask -- ]

Would you know why those flowers in the forest glow? They're not-- poisonous or anything, are they?

I see that woman hasn't changed her ways of not telling anyone what goes on her head. And she pretends us to have faith in her.

[He almost laughs, almost. Everyone knows that Ikki's faith in their Athena is quite thin after all.]

And no one has tried to get her to talk?

[ Wry chuckle. ] The years have made her better-- worse?-- at avoiding questions. It's... harder when Seiya has her back 24/7.

[ See the tactic at play? Guilt and pressure. ] Marin's trying to dig through things-- she's good at that-- but she's been coming up empty-handed.

Then it must be really well hidden. I recall she did a good job at digging the truth back at the Sanctuary battle, and she even found Seiya's sister.

[Marin is like the Sanctuary's Sherlock Holmes. Ikki shakes his head.]

Maybe it's because I'm an outsider to reality, but I don't trust her decision even if it helped Seiya. No, actually I don't even trust completely her decision on my reality, sometimes I wonder what she's really after.

[A pause. Well, the brat told him what had happened. He sighs.]

In my reality, Athena went to visit her sister Artemisa together with Shun and upon failing to get what she wanted she went to see Chronos, the God of Time. In order to travel to the past Holy War and destroy Hades' sword back then so the curse to Seiya never happened to begin with. We're currently there, in that Holy War, Chronos did a "prank" and Saori has to share body with that time's Athena, Sasha. Which means we have to participate in the war in some way as she can't go and leave the Sanctuary and that war. Yet we can't alter the flow of it or it could change the future too much.

[ Kiki runs a hand through his spiky hair at Ikki's story. ] That's--

[ Sigh. ] I-- I don't know if that's what she did in my time to heal Seiya but--

[ With what little he knows, he tries to offer solace. ] I don't think destroying the sword would really alter the flow of the battle -- I mean, Hades was defeated, sword or no sword, so it'll be just like you added salt to his wound.

I agree. It's not that what worries me. It's never easy or enjoyable to be two meters away from a Saint and see him die without being able to even avenge him yourself.

[He won't admit that twice, though.]

Even just by being there we may be affecting things. It may not seem as much now but you know how the smallest things may become the biggest problems given enough time.

I don't wish to bring any kind of problems but if anything I learn here can be of help to things back home I guess it's worth it.
