[have the TARDIS on the Astral Plane, obviously preoccupied and seemingly frustrated]

Why will they not listen? Why will they never, ever listen? I grow weary of their constant arguing. [seems to be holding a conversation with someone else while muttering to herself] No, that is not acceptable. Why can they not understand I won't hurt them? That wretched, useless -- did they just shoot at me?

[long-suffering sigh] I am convinced today is a Saturday. There can be no other explanation.

[ah, Mu's cloth. the TARDIS gives it a curt nod and offers a telepathic 'Yes, quite' before losing herself in thought again]

[Seems startled that someone /not/ it's master used telepathy instead of speech, but kinda floats over beside her and 'looks' up]

[realises it's still there and glances down at it, curious. gives it a mental nudge and asks what it wants]

[The feelings of Boredom and Curiosity nudge back]

Ah, it sounds like you're having a misunderstanding. But people are funny that way, thinking that you'll hurt them even if you have no intention to~~

[she's rather familiar with those emotions and so sighs and takes a moment to show him images of irate insect people trying to shoot her]

If only it were a misunderstanding. They have plenty of reason to fear me -- or what they believe was me, at any rate.

Well, if they believe it was you, but it's not, that sounds like a misunderstanding to me.

But what exactly did not-you do to make them afraid?

[frowns, not really sure she wants to tell Diva what happened] Their planet. Most of the inhabitants were killed. They believe I did it. I am attempting to correct it with the Doctor's help.

Seemed like a better thing to ask than "want to go out, buy some boxes of chocolate, rent some movies, and paint our toenails?"

--we could do that, though.

[blinks] We could what?

Eat chocolate, watch movies, and paint our toenails?

Oh my, how horrible. {But she doesn't sound as concerned as you would kind of assume a person would} I hope that you do correct that since it'd certainly be a bad thing to have tacked onto your reputation, I would think!

Why would we do that? [pause] Paint ... our toenails?

I have no reputation. I do not care for such concepts.

Then why does it matter whether you correct it or not?

I do not appreciate being shot at, nor do I want them to harm my Doctor.

[>O! Again, curiosity, like it's asking WHY?!]

Because it's a good way to feel good after a bad day. Hold on a minute. [Drops off of the plane, then comes back with a stack of movies, a bag of nail polish, some chocolates, some ice cream, and brings a TV, coffee table, and a couch with her] You even get to pick the movie.

[frowns and shrugs, showing images of the dead and dying after the Master's little stunt with her reality]
