❀ 6 - The future's so bright, I gotta wear shades

[things have been rather interesting for Donna recently, though she thoroughly loved having the power to create anything and had a field day making every single article of clothing, all her shoes, and her hats (just in case) impervious to anything that could potentially destroy them. it's been a real boon, lately, to have--even if she didn't foresee having to leave behind a new pair of boots behind in the mud on some flipping planet being invaded by centaurs. she's still a bit sore about that one.

fortunately, that's the farthest thing on her mind as she appears, shrieking, on the Plane.]

What was that?! Oh my god, what the hell was that?!

[she would look completely shocked and frightened, but she's currently wearing high-tech sunglasses that completely obscure her eyes and eyebrows.]

[unconsciously touches the sunglasses] I...it was just a bit of a glare... But are they really your powers? How can you stand it?

[she frowns when she catches that look on his face] Can I ask how long you've had them for? Aren't you ever scared by them?

A year. Maybe almost two. To be honest, I've kind of lost track of time.

Scared? Not really. [He cracks a faint semblance of a smile.] Well, not anymore.
