Mr. Hunt and I made a bet a day or so past... do ignore the 'juvenile' context of it, it's purely so that I may prove a point to him.

I'd very much enjoy everyone to give their opinion on this.

If you think him pitying my situation is news to me, then you are horribly mistaken. He's told me I didn't deserve this. He's said he feels sympathy, he feels pity. I've told him I want none of it.

He's told me all about his little conquests, and how my counterpart in his world endeavours to stop him.

Ahhh, I doubt you'll believe me. After all, why would you want to learn about how the Doctor rules with an iron fist? How he has murdered, killed, spilled blood in the pursuit of his goals...

[his expression darkens, he steps towards her with all the air of a predator and a madman]

He isn't your Doctor. He isn't mine, either. I think you forget this. Tell me, did he wear black in your reality, when he was in that form? I distinctly remember him wearing beige. I remember he had companions. He has none, now. He dropped them off somewhere.

He's an entirely different entity altogether.
