[There is a Doctor wandering the snow-covered hills on the Plane again. He's actually without his leather jacket, simply wearing a black jumper and trousers. He scans the air with his screwdriver, frowning, before bending down to scoop up some snow]

All this heat and humidity beats the ice caves on Raxacoricofallapatorius. But it's wrong. This snow ought to be melting. [he pockets the screwdriver, before packing the snow into a ball and tossing it between his hands] Wonder if it'll melt with the storm -- there's got to be one soon, the weather's perfect for it.

[pauses] Perfect if you're on Earth, anyway. Of all the planets in all the universes to choose from, why'd the Machine pick Earth for a weather simulation?

[ooc: Nine has been canon-bumped to the end of Boom Town!]

[Nine attempts to push himself up off the ground, but has very little success] Suppose I ought to say thanks...

[The Master is going to do what he does best and help by moving to push his shoulder and keep Nine down.]

Stay down, idiot. [eyebrow] If you try to thank me for not eating one of your pet humans, I'll forgo the kitchen if only to spite you.

[owwwww, dammit Master >.o] Oi, watch it! And I wasn't saying thanks for that. 'Course, I might get you dinner for it.

[he tries to give you a mild zap for that but then you just said something close to a magic word. Dinner. That means food. He isn't going to be snared so easy though.]

All I have to do is go over to the kitchen. Or back to my own reality. [Though his own reality appeals to him so much less because real food trumps gross humans any day.]

[even a mild zap is still painful at this point. thanks, Master.] Could get you something Raxa...corico...fallapatorian, but maybe you'd rather use the kitchen...

[This zapping game is fun! Too bad there isn't enough hair to make it stand on end.]

Then you should get me something from there. [Duh]

[Nine stands, after much effort, and manages a few steps toward the kitchen before simply collapsing again :|]

[the Master stands and wanders over, moving to try and nudge him over with the toe of his boot.]

Even though now would be nice, I clearly remember telling you to stay down. But please, watching you flail and flop on the floor is highly entertaining.

[nrrrgk] Think I'll...take a rain check, thanks. [pauses] Don't fry anyone else while I'm gone. [and then he drops off the Plane]
