Epic Romeo is epic~

[Romeo seems to have been quite busy for the last couple of hours, appearing and disappearing onto the plane several times, each time bringing something else with him until he has a huge display of several items. These include big screen TVs, tables with food, a bed or two, pillows, couches, a huge stereo system, even lots of rugs which feel warm and fuzzy under your feet. He seems to have a use for that last part because he's not in his usual outfit, he is also barefooted but is wearing his cape.]

[He also brought with him a microphone and sound boxes, he has to be heard after all~ And then there's the turned upside down beer crate which he now steps on to. Yay feeling tall. He coughs before he starts to speak.]

So! I've been observing all of you for the past few days and is it just me or is there really NO action here?

Well, I have come with a solution for that! We should... HAVE A PARTY.

'But Romeo~' I hear you say, 'What kind of party would we have?'

Well! I say we have a~ [Pulls his cape open to reveal his wonderful silk royal blue pajamas~]

PAJAMA PARTY

YES? YES!! EVERYONE is welcome to come and have fun! Doesn't matter whether you are 5 or 5000 years old, whether you are the most boring person in the room or a party animal, doesn't even matter if you hate everyone or want to shower the whole world with love, you are INVITED and I demand you all come and have FUN!! The twins and the lovely lady are invited as well~

[He jumps off the crate and spins around, his cape flying gracefully along with him as he points at the various set ups around him]

We have Playstation! We have Nintendo Wii! We even have an Xbox- ..of some number I do not remember! It is from the future, this guy whose name I didn't catch gave it to me~ But it is great fun! There's a pinball machine, we even have Dance Dance Revolution people~~!

Of course if you're not a gamer, I brought a make-up and nail set! For those who are into that kind of thing, of course~ We can all share our secrets about who we love, or play a game of 'truth or dare'! Possibilities are endless~~

There is also a karaoke machine! And I brought some of my old Air Treck and a a small little baby skating ramp if anyone wanted to try those out~

What else is there? THERE IS FOOD! [Gests over at the tables which are quite beautifully decorated with golden ribbons and sparkly items, not to mention a wonderful ice sculpture centerpiece!] We have sushi, we have Chinese food, we have Taiwanese food, we have Indian food, we have fish and chips which is British, we even have hamburgers and fries which can count as American food! We have pizza, we have pasta, I think we even have some lasagna somewhere! BASICALLY WE HAVE FOOD FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD~

We have sandwiches, we have trail mix, we have chips with a dozen kind of dips! We have all sorts of cookies! And ice cream! There's chocolate ice cream, vanilla ice cream, strawberry ice cream, banana ice cream, all sorts of ice cream!

WE HAVE A CHOCOLATE FONDUE FOUNTAIN.

There is coca cola, there is fanta, there is sprite, tea, chocolate milk, warm milk, cold milk, there is lemonade of all kinds, fruit juices of as many fruits as you want! And there even is beer, but no touching if you're a minor~

What more do you want?~~ But if there is more you want, bring it! There is still plenty of room left for snacks! If you live on a strange non-earth like planet, do bring your local food!

BUT, moving on~~ This a pajama party so of course there are plenty of beds, pillows and blankets, but I'm sure I don't have enough for everyone so if you can, do bring some of your own! In fact, bring anything you want!

Oh! But lets not forget my *favorite* item I wanted to bring! [He poofs away for a moment and then returns with next to him a HUGE CAROUSEL and looks incredibly proud to have it here.] Have fun, but please be careful with it since I'd like to get it back to my world in one piece.

[And then, he turns back to his 'audience']

There is also one rule to be followed! And that is that everyone has to show up in sleepwear! And I don't care if you sleep naked, I do request that everyone will at least wear a shirt and pants! There are children and women here after all, not to mention people who would rather not see some of you naked~

[Finally takes a bow]

I DECLARE THIS PARTY: OPENED! [And as by magic, music starts playing and the party is a go-go~]

So innocent people have to die because - [turns away from her and runs his hands over his face, then let's out a long sigh]

It does upset me, Diva, yes. But that's because it's murder, and that's - [another sigh, and he turns around] If we can find a way for you to get blood without having to kill anyone, would you take it? If we could find a way so you don't have to drink my blood, don't have to steal from any blood banks, don't have to leave anyone alive who might tell others about you. Would you accept that?

...Of course I would. But...Is there really a way that doesn't involve any of those?

There might be. I'm not sure, but I think... I'll have to ask. But I think there is one.

[madamemoiselle]

...Like what do you have in mind?

[didorothy]

The twins, Lapis and Lazuli. I work for them. That was a bit of a mishap. Anyway, they have... a lot of things in their shop. It's a very strange place. Working there is a bit mad. And their customers! God, stranger than this lot, I swear. Anyway, I think they might be able to work out something for you. And before you ask, I know they're strange and a bit psychotic and not entirely moral, but I do trust them to a certain extent, and I'd trust them to do this. I just have to ask.

...{Frowns. You can trust them all you like, but after getting stuck with crazy old Hojo because of that experiment and blaming them for it, she'd try to kill them the next chance she gets} Before you do anything, though, I want you to tell me. If it's with them, then I really don't trust them. If this is supposed to be some kind of fun experiment for them, then I don't trust them at all.

Besides, how do you work for them anyways?

I won't make any deals without telling you, I promise. But if you can trust them with one thing, it's keeping a deal they've made.

I organise things. Lists and stuff, sorting out wares. Sometimes I help Sonnet out at the front desk, but generally it's all stock and supplies. Basically, I'm a shop boy. Not exactly what I expected I'd end up doing after all those years serving my city, but hey, it was worth it.

[madamemoiselle]

...Then...Alright. If it's something reasonable...Then I guess it's alright.

That sounds...pretty boring. Interesting people or not.

[didorothy]

Great! I'll ask them. Then I'll tell you and you can decide if you want to make the deal or not.

It's not that bad. It can be good for unwinding after a long day. And if it starts to get to me, I try to remember that I really do care about Gene, and don't want him to stay dead forever and ever. ...Some days, that doesn't work. Then I just try not to think about it.

[madamemoiselle]

{She's quiet for several moments before she places her hands lightly on her cheeks. Oops, you made her blush again. All of these kind and generous deeds, Sam, they fluster her}

Gene? Gene died?

[didorothy]

[smiles, because she's cute when she blushes]

[but the smile vanishes] Yeah, yeah he did. The Twins brought him back. Death apparently isn't all that permenant here. Doesn't make it any less horrible, as you know yourself.

[madamemoiselle]

It's not? People really come back? That's not...{Frowns, pulling her hands away}

How did Gene die?

[didorothy]

[looks away, voice cold] The Master ripped his arm off and bit into it. [fists clench by his sides, and he shoves them into his pockets]

[madamemoiselle]

He did? {Glances down with a cool expression} He is a sadist after all.

[didorothy]

Yeah, he is. They are. Both of them, that is. I've never wanted to lock someone up more.

[madamemoiselle]

{Quietly}...Sam...You really think I can change? You really believe in me?

[didorothy]

I do. I very much do.

[madamemoiselle]

{Considers it before smiling slightly} Thank you, still.

[didorothy]

[smiles slightly in response] You're welcome, still, then.

[madamemoiselle]

I just worry that if you feel that way about those people then...Well, I worry that if you found out about what I've done you'd feel the same way, you know? I'm worried about that.

[didorothy]

It doesn't sit well with me, knowing some of the things you've done. That there's worse, well, can't say I'm glowing with joy at the prospect. But you... you want to change. You want to be a good person. And I believe you can be. Condemning you instead of helping you.... that's not right, completely tossing aside the fact that I like you.

[madamemoiselle]

I do want to be better. I want to be well liked and maybe even...{Stops and considers it before glancing back to him}

...Does Sam love me?

[didorothy]

[eyes widen, eyebrows lifting, and he opens his mouth once or twice. Clearly, Sam is not used to getting asked that question]

That's, uh... I... I don't, but I care about you. A lot. I really really do. But I can't say I - do you know what - what's love, to you?

[madamemoiselle]

{Shakes her head} I don't know. Love to me means...nothing. But from things I've read, it's something like really caring for a person and wanting them to be happy. And it seems like Sam wants that for me, so I was wondering if you loved me. It's simple. {Nods; Very simple indeed to a very simple mind}

[didorothy]

I do, I very much do. But to me, at least, that's not... quite love. It's a bit more... complicated than that.
