[Romeo seems to have been quite busy for the last couple of hours, appearing and disappearing onto the plane several times, each time bringing something else with him until he has a huge display of several items. These include big screen TVs, tables with food, a bed or two, pillows, couches, a huge stereo system, even lots of rugs which feel warm and fuzzy under your feet. He seems to have a use for that last part because he's not in his usual outfit, he is also barefooted but is wearing his cape.]

[He also brought with him a microphone and sound boxes, he has to be heard after all~ And then there's the turned upside down beer crate which he now steps on to. Yay feeling tall. He coughs before he starts to speak.]

So! I've been observing all of you for the past few days and is it just me or is there really NO action here?

Well, I have come with a solution for that! We should... HAVE A PARTY.

'But Romeo~' I hear you say, 'What kind of party would we have?'

Well! I say we have a~ [Pulls his cape open to reveal his wonderful silk royal blue pajamas~]

PAJAMA PARTY

YES? YES!! EVERYONE is welcome to come and have fun! Doesn't matter whether you are 5 or 5000 years old, whether you are the most boring person in the room or a party animal, doesn't even matter if you hate everyone or want to shower the whole world with love, you are INVITED and I demand you all come and have FUN!! The twins and the lovely lady are invited as well~

[He jumps off the crate and spins around, his cape flying gracefully along with him as he points at the various set ups around him]

We have Playstation! We have Nintendo Wii! We even have an Xbox- ..of some number I do not remember! It is from the future, this guy whose name I didn't catch gave it to me~ But it is great fun! There's a pinball machine, we even have Dance Dance Revolution people~~!

Of course if you're not a gamer, I brought a make-up and nail set! For those who are into that kind of thing, of course~ We can all share our secrets about who we love, or play a game of 'truth or dare'! Possibilities are endless~~

There is also a karaoke machine! And I brought some of my old Air Treck and a a small little baby skating ramp if anyone wanted to try those out~

What else is there? THERE IS FOOD! [Gests over at the tables which are quite beautifully decorated with golden ribbons and sparkly items, not to mention a wonderful ice sculpture centerpiece!] We have sushi, we have Chinese food, we have Taiwanese food, we have Indian food, we have fish and chips which is British, we even have hamburgers and fries which can count as American food! We have pizza, we have pasta, I think we even have some lasagna somewhere! BASICALLY WE HAVE FOOD FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD~

We have sandwiches, we have trail mix, we have chips with a dozen kind of dips! We have all sorts of cookies! And ice cream! There's chocolate ice cream, vanilla ice cream, strawberry ice cream, banana ice cream, all sorts of ice cream!

WE HAVE A CHOCOLATE FONDUE FOUNTAIN.

There is coca cola, there is fanta, there is sprite, tea, chocolate milk, warm milk, cold milk, there is lemonade of all kinds, fruit juices of as many fruits as you want! And there even is beer, but no touching if you're a minor~

What more do you want?~~ But if there is more you want, bring it! There is still plenty of room left for snacks! If you live on a strange non-earth like planet, do bring your local food!

BUT, moving on~~ This a pajama party so of course there are plenty of beds, pillows and blankets, but I'm sure I don't have enough for everyone so if you can, do bring some of your own! In fact, bring anything you want!

Oh! But lets not forget my *favorite* item I wanted to bring! [He poofs away for a moment and then returns with next to him a HUGE CAROUSEL and looks incredibly proud to have it here.] Have fun, but please be careful with it since I'd like to get it back to my world in one piece.

[And then, he turns back to his 'audience']

There is also one rule to be followed! And that is that everyone has to show up in sleepwear! And I don't care if you sleep naked, I do request that everyone will at least wear a shirt and pants! There are children and women here after all, not to mention people who would rather not see some of you naked~

[Finally takes a bow]

I DECLARE THIS PARTY: OPENED! [And as by magic, music starts playing and the party is a go-go~]

{Considers it before smiling slightly} Thank you, still.

[smiles slightly in response] You're welcome, still, then.

I just worry that if you feel that way about those people then...Well, I worry that if you found out about what I've done you'd feel the same way, you know? I'm worried about that.

[didorothy]

It doesn't sit well with me, knowing some of the things you've done. That there's worse, well, can't say I'm glowing with joy at the prospect. But you... you want to change. You want to be a good person. And I believe you can be. Condemning you instead of helping you.... that's not right, completely tossing aside the fact that I like you.

[madamemoiselle]

I do want to be better. I want to be well liked and maybe even...{Stops and considers it before glancing back to him}

...Does Sam love me?

[didorothy]

[eyes widen, eyebrows lifting, and he opens his mouth once or twice. Clearly, Sam is not used to getting asked that question]

That's, uh... I... I don't, but I care about you. A lot. I really really do. But I can't say I - do you know what - what's love, to you?

[madamemoiselle]

{Shakes her head} I don't know. Love to me means...nothing. But from things I've read, it's something like really caring for a person and wanting them to be happy. And it seems like Sam wants that for me, so I was wondering if you loved me. It's simple. {Nods; Very simple indeed to a very simple mind}

[didorothy]

I do, I very much do. But to me, at least, that's not... quite love. It's a bit more... complicated than that.

[madamemoiselle]

Then what is love to Sam?

[didorothy]

[frowns] The Doctor asked me that, once. I don't think I gave a very good answer. [tugs on his sleeve] I don't know, entirely. Sometimes you just know it's love, that's nice. But a definition... The people I love, I'd give almost anything to keep them, because it hurts too much to think of never seeing them again. Not that I would force someone to stay my friend, if it made them happier not to ever see me again, but... And even that's simplifying it, even that doesn't cover all cases. I guess 'cases' are why I'm having trouble with this. You can't bring love down to a definition, not really. Love's a whole spectrum, with types and degrees. It's not something you can put in the Oxford English Dictionary.

[madamemoiselle]

Then how do you know when you're in it? It sounds like such a wonderful thing...But I guess if you can't tell, it's different. By what I've read, I love Sam, at least. But if it's more complicated...Well, I guess that makes it a little different.

[didorothy]

[links his fingers together] Love's different for different people, though. I don't know that everyone's version of 'love' is the same. The problem with words, really is that they only mean what you think they mean. Love's not the way it is in a lot of books and films, though. I can say that with certainty.

Hey, Diva? Do you mind if I drop by Lapis and Lazuli's now? I can be back in just a bit, I just really want to know what choices they're going to give us. The sooner, the better, I'd think.

[madamemoiselle]

{Listens, then nods with a smile} Of course. Thank you Sam.

[didorothy]

[smiles] It's nothing. [and he disappears - still in his pajamas, I note]

[when he returns, it is with three samples of blood] Okay. Lapis and Lazuli said that they have three blood sources. They could also grow artificial bodies for you to drain, but that's pretty costly as far as resources go. You could drop buy and get blood whenever you like. [smiles] You could even drop by during the hours when I'm working. Right! So. The blood.

[holds up the one] This is artificial. The Twins make it, and they say it isn't very, uhm, good-tasting. So that's one.

[holds up the second] This is from a kid named Ari. Ari is a pretty much infinite source of blood. It's actually good for his health to bleed. His blood is emotionally charged which, Nicolai tells me - Nicolai's, uhm, not a vampire exactly, but he likes to drink blood, bit of a connoisseur, I try not to think about it - tastes absolutely delicious. But I don't know if that works for you.

[holds up the third, which is black and glittery, like stars in the darkness of space. Or glitter glue] This blood is actually the type I have now. After... After what happened to me, they replaced my blood with this. It works as well as normal, human blood does, but I don't know whether or not it would work with you.

So, so, uhm. You can try them, and decide, or... these are just samples. It's...

[and, having blurted out his hopes and desires, he now dangles on the edge of speechless waiting]

{Definitely takes the second and samples it}...After what happened? Sam, what happened?

[didorothy]

[turns his gaze to a star somewhere to the side] I died, so Lapis and Lazuli revived me.

[madamemoiselle]

{Steps closer} Sam died?

[didorothy]

A while ago, yeah.

[madamemoiselle]

How? Who killed Sam?

[didorothy]

[shoves his hands into his pockets and lets his gaze drift down to the floor] ...One of the Masters. Had me strangled to death in the backseat of a Cortina.

[madamemoiselle]

{And she's quiet for several moments before she shakes her head with a smile} My, my, such dangerous people, aren't they? That really won't do.

[didorothy]

...No. Whatever you're thinking, Diva, don't do it.

[madamemoiselle]

I won't do anything, Sam. Not because of what's already been done anyways. Ne, but Sam, if this is the first time that I've had people that seem to...care, then I'm not going to let them kill those people.

Whether or not death is permanent or not, I don't want to lose people like that.

[didorothy]

I'm glad. I'm not saying I want you to sit back and let me die - I wouldn't just stand by if I could do something to help you. Helping people, protecting people, that's wonderful. But I just don't think... The Masters are a special case. The best thing to do is keep an eye on them and stop them if they try anything. It's what the Doctors and the Guv and I are trying to do, anyway. It kills me that we can't do more, but... it's the only real options we have right now.

[reaches out a hand to grip her arm, a quick, light, comforting grip] Thank you, Diva.
