[Narvin, when not fighting the war in his own reality, has been keeping himself busy by exploring the Plane. Ostensibly, it’s for curiosity's sake -- in reality, he’s been examining various areas on the Plane for his own ends; perhaps as a future location for a cache of weapons, or perhaps just to know which areas of the Plane are most heavily frequented.]
[Today, however, the Coordinator has brought his work with him, in the form of a slightly battered datapad. Narvin himself appears worn, tired, and a bit dusty -- the Vaults aren’t exactly the cleanest place on Gallifrey.
[A familiar flash of silver catches Narvin’s eye, however, and he pauses, curious, then steps over to the Kadenwood tree that Straxus planted months back.]
Now how did you get here?
[But the tree is not likely to answer him, so Narvin just shakes his head, sitting at the base of it. It’s a pleasant enough place to do his work, and this little piece of home makes for good motivation -- he hasn’t seen a Kadenwood tree in weeks.]
[Still, it doesn’t take long for Narvin’s exhaustion to catch up with him, despite his stubborn, paranoid refusal to sleep. He stifles a yawn and sets the datapad down, fighting drowsiness. It’s a losing battle, however, and he dozes off, one hand resting on the staser at his side.]
[[Enjoy your sleep-deprived Coordinator, Plane residents. Don't worry, he won't kill anyone with that staser. Narvin's paranoid, but not stupid, so it's set to stun. :) ]]

Hilarious. Do go away.

[See, Narvin? He does it because he cares!]

It's either here or Gallifrey, and I can hardly afford to sleep there right now.
[You're so sweet, Brax.]

So he'll just crouch down next to Narvin and stare at him while Narvin sleeps. His robes look so terrible. This is a point of concern.]

Summerfield. Is there something you need?

I feel there is a fairly easy joke to be made here about civil servants, bureaucracy and sleeping on the job. But as I'm not one to go for the easy punchline, I'll let it pass.
Is there any particular reason you're sleeping under a tree clutching to that there? [her head tilts to indicate his staser.]

[And with that the President takes a seat as well, legs tucked beneath her.] You'll have a better chance at getting proper sleep if you didn't do so out in the open.

Oh, it's you. You're looking a bit... younger.

You'd have probably been more comfortable on one of the couches.
