on a wine-soaked strobe-lit Asiatic hall of mirrors {and a dash of loneliness}

[The Master is turning a small metal orb in his hands]

Centuries of dedication to the fine art of technical mechanics, and I turn it to this. How altruistic can I get?

[He tosses the orb into the air, where it sets up a four-dimensional projection of these words in flashing, 3D neon lights:

Ten-thousand-year-old immortal seeks dominating politician for ice cream binges, pioneering new societies, and snuggling. Must know some amount of science, enjoy genocide, and be tolerant of multiple personality disorder. Megalomania a plus. Magic-users need not apply.

Please send any inquiries via plane post box to Omega, The Engineer of Rassilon. Submissions without pictures will receive no reply.

This particular bout of literally mocking his own ancestor done with, the Master grabs a big, comfy chair to sit in and starts on his bag of popcorn]

...Would they? It just seemed like the nice thing to do.

It is, but I wouldn't expect to hear that from you.

{aw come on she was doing so good ignoring that}

I guess that's true. Ne, it's still just a little odd. But I am proud, a little bit. It's weird, since I wouldn't have been proud of it at all two years ago.

You don't like change? That's a little surprising. Ne, but I guess you're glad that you've been resisting the Plane trying to nudge you in the right direction anyways. It wouldn't really be fitting.

{because then you would be nice and simm, so I'd have to jump you}

It seems a little odd that a person that calls themself the Master would end up being good. And other reasons, I guess, but those are just little. It just doesn't fit, is all.

{enough to where he isn't raped yet, is he?}

I think that fits better! It's about the freedom, isn't it?

{ohoho}

Well, if I had to pick, I'd definitely pick terrorist, then.

You say that like you don't have fun along the way, though!

It does tend to ruin it. {but she might like you better if we slept togetherif you were the doctor}

Ah, but I've been asking everyone else, so I might as well ask you, too. I'm thinking of moving. Is there anywhere you recommend...?

[identity profile] madamemoiselle.livejournal.com 2010-03-27 03:41 pm (UTC)(link)
I mean on Earth, silly. I couldn't really imagine moving off the entire planet...I guess it would make things a little easier, but I don't think I would be very comfortable.

{Coolly} But Dr. Crane and Arkham are gone, and my dear Eddie is still outside, so there's no reason for me to stay in that asylum. So I left. But I won't be going back this time.

{Pouts} ...E-Even if I do, that's not really what I'm asking. But oh well, I guess. I was thinking France, since I haven't lived outside of Paris in so long, but trying to go back overseas without getting caught would be problematic.
