She immediately starts inspecting things, because this is all very interesting and unexpected, which is naturally pretty magnificent.]

Coliseum, looks like perfect condition. Completely out-of-place star and nebula patterns, ground made from- [Just a moment, bouncing on her feet a little, then getting on her stomach for a proper inspection.] –I can’t say I recognize this. Reflective qualities; definitely not glass. If I could get a sample off- [She starts patting down her jacket pockets for something useful, and then notices... the black hole. Hel-LO there.]

Someone’s been busy, I can say that. That can’t be- [And as she leans forward for a proper look, she realizes that, hello again, she’s not alone. She addresses the nearest person.] Hello. I’m the Doctor [and you’ve NO idea how good it is to say that!]. I’m a scientist, and just... passing through for a bit. This is a very fascinating environment. Is any of it yours?

1: use of "I" indicates this is some version of herself.
2: body indicates he's from the future, seeing as how she doesn't recognise him.
3: surprise implies he doesn't recognise her, either.
