[enter one of the Rose Tylers. This one is caked in mud and rain and looking rather miserable. She's also sporting one of these dimension hopper things from Series 2 (she hasn't upgraded to the Series 4 one quite yet)]
Ugh.
[she makes a face looking down at herself and then looks up and around, rolling her shoulders and trying to loosen up]
Right, there's everything else in this place. There's gotta be a shower or something around here somewhere too, yeah? Could probably go have a look around that spa place they had us all in before.
[she stretches out and then lets out a sigh]
Or I can just have a lie down first.
[and so Rose does just that, lying down on the Plane, and letting out a sigh as she stares straight up at the stars above her. She is sore and tired and a shower would be heaven, but that involves actually moving, which she will do very soon...probably.]

Oh, yeah, I am. This all, this is this sort of agency we got going on this parallel Earth. It's called Torchwood and it's set up to defend the Earth and to learn about aliens and all that. No A-levels, but figured I got the qualifications for that much at least.

Ohhhh! So you never really stopped saving the Earth, huh? That's cool. I bet your Earth is glad to have you lot! Mud or no mud. You know, there's an onsen around here that I bet could help with that.

[oh Oliver, you're so nice. She just laughs.]
Yeah, I was thinking of those baths they got, only thing is I got hit with a really horrible case of laziness for the moment. Should probably head over there soon though, yeah?

[glances over at her] Well, if the mud's not bothering you, it's not like there's any reason to be in a hurry. You're all right, though? Not hurt?

[some excitement now, with hand movements, going into a story] He had this big sorta space ship, but it wasn't too big, like the right sized for two or three people, maybe. It was all sorta space-agey and technological and nothing like the TARDIS. It looked like something right out of a scifi movie or something. But the thing was he had this like cloaking device on it, yeah, so no one could see it. That's why he had it tethered up to Big Ben, so he'd know where to find it cause otherwise it's an invisible ship hanging...somewhere.
[shakes her head] Little sore, but nothing I'm not used to every now and then.

[relieved] That's good to hear. So what were you in such a hurry to get back to that base for, that you had to use a dodgy teleporter?

Really they're gonna have to, cause there's this whole thing where we got these stars and planets and all that starting to just up and disappear and it's getting closer and closer to Earth. We're trying everything we've got, but we're sorta lost on what to do now. Mickey and my dad and me, we think we gotta find the Doctor and he'll know what to do, but we're stuck in this other universe and all that, so it's sorta hard to get to him, especially with these walls that go up between our universes being so strong. But we found this person, Donna Noble, who has all these timelines that converge with the Doctor's, so if we can hop through her timelines we might get to find the Doctor again and he can help us stop whatever's started.
