[Actually looking around inspires another trail-off — in no way is it cold enough for snow. Not that he's complaining, anyway, he's dressed for much colder temperatures. In fact, he decides to take a moment to pull off his scarf and mittens, the coat and toboggan hat can stay for now. That's given him enough time to look around, but the look doesn't tell him anything useful.

Coping method A (ramble to distract himself): engage.] Or anywhere I've ever been. I don't think I've ever seen the stars so bright. That doesn't... I mean, how did I get here?

What a noble spirit! You're a real folk hero, struggling against adversity while not wanting to burden others with your troubles!

[pauses and looks thoughtful]

But what kind of things were you going to sell?

Folk hero...? Just some random stuff I have. [He holds his knapsack forward to demonstrate.]

[Tamaki looks at it curiously and with great awe. He doesn't dare go inside though, he'd much rather have Chivy show him the contents.]

You have to show me everything you have inside! The culture of commoners is amazing!

[Chivy grins, opening the knapsack.]

I wouldn't call it amazing. [He doesn't get any further than opening it, though, because he's not sure he wants to pull things out one at a time. This would be a lot easier if there weren't snow all over the ground...] Is there somewhere we could go where it isn't all snowy?

There's a library! That should be warm and dry. Come on!

Chivy Darrell. Seems like a weird place to have a library.

It's a weird place for a lot of things. That's what makes it so great I think, all of it is completely unexpected. There's even a beach here!
