I wouldn't say I know him. Rather, the people at Arkham have had some very interesting experiences, and I of course am privy to them all.

Arkham Asylum for the Criminally Insane, revolving door home to Gotham's most dangerous and unstable criminals. The asylum's director, Jeremiah Arkham, is around here as well.

[I know, right?] The only security system capable of holding our criminals in happen to violate several human rights laws. The man who tried to implement it is now a criminal himself.

Oh, Jerry isn't bad. He has the well-being of his patients at the heart of his actions.

Oh, no. If he'd be anywhere, it would be the Slab. That's a maximum security prison for metahumans.

He's had his bad days.

I suppose it wouldn't be productive anyway; many of the inmates would probably want revenge on him.
