[There is a young man on the plane. Only he’s not young, not really, and though he looks quite a bit like the Doctor’s fifth incarnation (all blond hair and blue eyes and innocence), there is something distinctly... ‘off’ about him. Something about the way he carries himself, perhaps -- a bit more arrogantly than the Doctor. Or maybe it’s the fact that he doesn’t seem too fazed by this new turn of events. Rather, he looks curious, and slowly turns a circle, examining the stars around him.]
How very interesting. [and he actually sounds interested! and quite a bit like the Doctor, although his voice is a tad deeper.]
Mutter’s Spiral, the Sheovan Galaxy, the Resplendence Nebula. ...All quite misplaced. [his tone grows disdainful]
Unless the Time Lords have completely lost their grasp on basic astronomy, this cannot be their doing. That old fool doesn’t have an observatory of this calibre in his TARDIS, however wrong it may be. [he cocks his head] And this is not a projection by the Matrix.
[He paces a bit, Gallifreyan robes sweeping the ground, but pauses when he catches sight of the Kasterborous constellation. He eyes it for a long moment, expression carefully neutral -- he hasn’t seen his home in a very long time, projection or not.] Certainly not the Time Lords, then. Kasterborous hold a privileged place in the universe. Their pride would not allow it to be displayed incorrectly.
[since there are obvious signs of habitation in this starry place, Omega decides to direct his next words to the Plane at large]
Is there any here who would care to provide an explanation?

It's only a machine. We don't know what it is, 'zactly. Welcome to it, though.
[It's as if this stuff is done by rote, as if she's said it so often to so many people it just comes out of her mouth without her having to think about it. Which would make sense, considering she's reading, and all.]
You can come and go as you please, and time doesn't pass while you're here, so there's nothin' you oughta worry over.

[Omega may or may not be scrutinizing the 'floor'. he wants to know what all of this is, especially if it can pull him from his own universe on a whim.]
Hm. How does one leave?

[and she steps off the plane, disappearing abruptly. A moment, and she reappears just as instantly as she left.]
You just step, it's not complicated.
[And she finally looks up. Well, that's a somewhat familiar face, although... the clothes. Hm.]
I don't s'pose you're another Doctor, are you?

Oh, more Time Lords? Ne, are you another Doctor? Or maybe a Master...Oh, I hope not. I like the Doctors a lot more.
no subject
I am neither. My name is Omega.
no subject
Oh, really? That's too bad. Er, no, I'm sorry, that's rude. It's just surprising, since when Time Lords show up, they seem to be one or the other. More the Doctor, though...
{She curtsies politely, though}
Ne, but it's nice to meet you, Omega. I am Diva.

The Astral Plane.
[studies him for another moment his voice a little uncertain]
...you're not the Doctor, are you?
no subject
[If this keeps up, Omega may half-consider forcing a regeneration just so people stop confusing the two of them.]
No, I am not.
no subject
[hey Omega, it could be worse. You could be one of four Tennants.]
Right, you're not the Doctor. So who are you then?
