[There is a young man on the plane. Only he’s not young, not really, and though he looks quite a bit like the Doctor’s fifth incarnation (all blond hair and blue eyes and innocence), there is something distinctly... ‘off’ about him. Something about the way he carries himself, perhaps -- a bit more arrogantly than the Doctor. Or maybe it’s the fact that he doesn’t seem too fazed by this new turn of events. Rather, he looks curious, and slowly turns a circle, examining the stars around him.]
How very interesting. [and he actually sounds interested! and quite a bit like the Doctor, although his voice is a tad deeper.]
Mutter’s Spiral, the Sheovan Galaxy, the Resplendence Nebula. ...All quite misplaced. [his tone grows disdainful]
Unless the Time Lords have completely lost their grasp on basic astronomy, this cannot be their doing. That old fool doesn’t have an observatory of this calibre in his TARDIS, however wrong it may be. [he cocks his head] And this is not a projection by the Matrix.
[He paces a bit, Gallifreyan robes sweeping the ground, but pauses when he catches sight of the Kasterborous constellation. He eyes it for a long moment, expression carefully neutral -- he hasn’t seen his home in a very long time, projection or not.] Certainly not the Time Lords, then. Kasterborous hold a privileged place in the universe. Their pride would not allow it to be displayed incorrectly.
[since there are obvious signs of habitation in this starry place, Omega decides to direct his next words to the Plane at large]
Is there any here who would care to provide an explanation?
