[Kuhn has brought a laptop with him and is furiously typing away on it. When he's not doing that, he's staring intently at the screen as though the thing will speak to him at any moment and all he needs to be doing is listening.

No such luck.

With a groan, he closes the laptop and pretty much smacks his forehead against the top of it.]

Kinda funny how I bring my work here so I don't have to work overtime in reality, but it's still working overtime and I'm just not getting paid for it. Man, I really need to work on my priorities...

Yeah, that's what I keep thinking. I'll definitely stick with that.

So, basketball huh? School team?

Yup. We're one of the top schools in our area in basketball. ... Though some of the older students are thinking of dropping off the team thanks to cram school eating up more and more of their time.

Cram school tends to do that, yeah. They'll come back after, I bet. Well, the ones who really care about playing will, anyway. And that'll make the team better.

True. I just hope it doesn't take up so much time that they have to drop out before the end of the season... since it looks like we've got a good chance to go far.

Maybe you should tell 'em that! If you make 'em feel needed or appreciated or something, maybe they'll stick it out a bit longer.

Yeah, I'll try. I mean, they could probably get into some schools based on athletics, right? So they should keep at it.
