[it's been a really, really long time since Lucy showed up on the Plane, so here she is. perfectly happy and content and sitting on the edge of her bed, going through bags of clothing she bought when her and Donna were ditched on a shopping planet. which doesn't bother her because mmmm, shopping.

besides, she needed to replace quite a few items that may or may not have been left behind elsewhere

so she pulls out several pieces, including jewellery, and sets them all out on the bed, taking in her haul. she also has a very lovely pendant necklace she pulls out to look at a moment before tucking it away and shoving it back in the bag. it's not that important. besides, there may or may not be gifts for a few on the Plane, so hop on by to bug her~]

[the Doctor has been tracking new energy traces on the Plane with a new gadget, and one of them is somewhere in Lucy's vicinity. Pity, because he'd hoped to avoid her a whole lot longer than this]

[observers of the Doctor will note the moment he realizes who he is near he pulls out a datapad and begins focusing on what he's writing as hard as he possibly can]

[oh yay, look who it is. after her initial shock at seeing him (and therefore her rather pointless picking and pushing at clothing), Lucy just sort of adopts her usual really snide expression and sniffs]

[Lucy can be quite nice! so long as, you know, she likes you. or something. and she's no reason (yet) to dislike Dorothy, so she's just going to smile and welcome you over]

I surely can relate. Have you tried using the hangers with the pinchy-things on the ends? They're meant to be for skirts, but they work just as well for blouses and dresses with a more delicate neckline.

[She does help Lucy unpack her purchases, though, and starts to put things on corresponding hangars with the skill of... well, someone who's been doing this for over a hundred years. Which she has.]

[Other then the pins on her old bomber jacket and the occasional pair of earrings Ace has never much understood the point to jewelry. Or shopping. So even if Lucy wasn't the Master's wife (though Ace is not aware of this connection yet) they probably wouldn't get along. But there is something about the display that catches her attention, so she'll stop by for a peak.]

[A frightening day indeed - possibly including physical violence. i don't know if Lucy's horribleness will bother Ace nearly as much as finding out about Lucy/Ten will. For now, though, there is simply recognition of the snide little sniff. Ace thinks about leaving, but she's a perverse creature so she sticks around.
