[it's been a really, really long time since Lucy showed up on the Plane, so here she is. perfectly happy and content and sitting on the edge of her bed, going through bags of clothing she bought when her and Donna were ditched on a shopping planet. which doesn't bother her because mmmm, shopping.

besides, she needed to replace quite a few items that may or may not have been left behind elsewhere

so she pulls out several pieces, including jewellery, and sets them all out on the bed, taking in her haul. she also has a very lovely pendant necklace she pulls out to look at a moment before tucking it away and shoving it back in the bag. it's not that important. besides, there may or may not be gifts for a few on the Plane, so hop on by to bug her~]

Ah~ Those look really beautiful, Lucy!

[the Doctor has been tracking new energy traces on the Plane with a new gadget, and one of them is somewhere in Lucy's vicinity. Pity, because he'd hoped to avoid her a whole lot longer than this]

[observers of the Doctor will note the moment he realizes who he is near he pulls out a datapad and begins focusing on what he's writing as hard as he possibly can]

[Bai, stop being cute. though Lucy's gonna give you a funny look now] I should think so. I wouldn't buy it otherwise.

[MAYBE SOMEDAY? in the meantime, there's always girlish bonding?]

Diva! I was hoping you'd stop by. [pats the bed next to her] I have something for you, dear.

[oh yay, look who it is. after her initial shock at seeing him (and therefore her rather pointless picking and pushing at clothing), Lucy just sort of adopts her usual really snide expression and sniffs]

I don't suppose you can do that elsewhere?

{:o!!! She sits down next to Lucy quickly, grinning}

Ne, for me? That's really sweet of you!

[Diva and Lucy, sitting on a bed~]

Well, there were so many lovely things. I couldn't leave without getting something for you. [and she fishes around until she pulls out this necklace (http://pics.novica.com/pictures/4/p113041_1.jpg), which she presents, grinning] I do so hope you like it.

[still looking down at datapad]

I could say the same to you. Energy surges are here, I'm here.

I rather recall being here first, Doctor, not to mention these are my things. [gives him a Look] Energy surges?

Oh my....{She takes it like it's a treasure (which it is) and very carefully puts it on}

I rather recall not caring who was here first.

[and have a Look back, over his datapad at her question]

The good Doctor, not caring about something? How uncharacteristic.

[sniffs and goes back to her things] It's hardly any concern of mine what you do, I suppose.

I've got one universe to worry about, Mrs. Saxon. Yours has its own Doctor to care about it.

[and back to the datapad] No, it isn't.

{It's okay. We had a good run}

{She draws back, looking down at it, still full of glee}

Where did you get this, though? I've never seen anything quite like it.

Harry dropped us off on some shopping planet or another for something relaxing to do. I saw it in one of the shoppes and absolutely had to get it. It reminded me of you.

Since when has that ever stopped you? Besides, this is hardly your universe, now is it?

[watches him] If it's none of my concern, I don't see why you have to do it around me.

This is in relation to my universe, so yes, I will care about this place.

I don't see why it bothers you so much.

[and dramatic sigh] You don't have to stay here.

Actually I'm hardly bored. Plenty to do. [holds up the gadget as proof]

And I'm actually working. We can't all live happily in a gilded cage with nothing to do but shop.

[Adric being Adric will now be inspecting the jewellry, despite not having any real interest in it.]
