[Hei is back in his hut, which has been accumulating things over the past several weeks. The maps on the wall have a few more pins in them, the desk is covered with papers, and there's a cat dish and water bowl in the corner next to a kitty bed, in which Mao is currently curled up. There's also a platter on the desk, empty except for some crumbs and a pair of used chopsticks.]

[Hei looks for once like he just won the lottery as he pushes a pin into Shanghai. He steps back and rubs his hands.]

This is exactly what we need to get it outside of Japan. And if other people take their cues from her...

Exactly. Someone wants to set up a parallel Constellation in China. Or an extension of ours, sort of.

You could say that. One of the Contractors we freed wants to set up a joint initiative in China, based in Shanghai.
