The maps on the wall have a few more pins in them, the desk is covered with papers, and there's a cat dish and water bowl in the corner next to a kitty bed, in which Mao is currently curled up. There's also a platter on the desk, empty except for some crumbs and a pair of used chopsticks.]

[Hei looks for once like he just won the lottery as he pushes a pin into Shanghai. He steps back and rubs his hands.]

This is exactly what we need to get it outside of Japan. And if other people take their cues from her...

One of the Contractors we managed to ferry out of Japan ended up in Shanghai. She got in contact with me directly--she wants to set up a sort of branch office. An extension of the Constellation in China.
