[O hay plane, remember Dorothy Gale? The little girl from Kansas who... well, is kind of tall now, actually, and not really so little anymore, but shut up. She's been gone for a month. A MONTH. Why the absence, you may be wondering.
Well, here she is, carrying a little tooled-leather trunk and what appears to be a chocolate shake. Why don't you go ASK her?]
[ps: i'm back :3 HELLO I LOVE YOU GUYS OKAY]

But why do you need one of my dresses? I'm sure you could just get one from the Salvation Army or something, if all you need them for is Dalek hunting.

[And because she couldn't give less of a crap about all the dresses Ozma makes her wear when she's in town on business, she plops the trunk down and opens it, rummaging around inside (and it seems to be a bit bigger than the outside, hmm.) until she pulls out a silk dinner dress in varying shades of metallic grey and holds it out to the Master]
It's all yours. But I think you might have to have it tailored-- I don't think it's your size.

I'm sure I can slip in. If not, I could always have a change of face to fit it.

[Hey, nothing wrong with a good running joke, after all.]

[She tilts her head and appraises him, hand on her chin. Hmm.]
Though to be honest, I think red is more your color.

I've always liked black, though. Even on Gallifrey. But I hated the intiates clothes.

Well, it's hard not to look good in black, but it's not easy to make it look classy. A feat I'd say you manage admirably well!

Now now, Princess, no need to flatter.

I'm a fan of generous applications of the truth. If the shoe fits, and all that. Besides, I always look cheap in black, so it seems like an achievement to me, anyway.

I suppose it is hard to come by jeans in black.
no subject
Ha ha, very funny.
no subject
Oh, come on, Princess! I'm only saying that you really are suited to more casual wear. It suits your personality.

That's what I think too, but Her Imperial Majesty is less convinced. She says jump, I ask how high. For the good of the country, y'know. Though I'm not sure how it's better for Oz that I wear a skirt.
no subject
I'd make a comment about jumping and skirts, but that's either very silly or very inappropriate, depending on which I choose.
no subject
Okay, okay, I walked into that one. But you know what I mean. Don't you think it'd be easier to defend the country in comfortable clothes?
no subject
Finer clothing can be quite comfortable. Not robes, mind you, you can't do anything in robes, but surely there are some ornate trousers you could pick up.
no subject
Well, you have the added benefit of being male. Menswear tends to be a little less on the restrictive side. Did you have to wear robes often?
no subject
Don't they have women's clothing stylized in that fashion? Some of my assistants used to wear more 'male-styled' clothing, but with that feminine edge. And only had to wear robes when I was a young boy. And when I was summoning demons. And there was that one time I tried them on for fun. Mostly got rid of them after I went renegade, anyway.

They do, and I'm sure if I turned up in a fancy pantsuit or something, Ozma would still force me into a dress. At this point I think she just likes to torture me.
no subject
Maybe she thinks you look best in dresses.
no subject
Well, whatever she thinks, she's wrong. I think most people look best in what makes them feel best-- lets them be themselves.
