[the TARDIS appears on the Plane after a relatively long absence (thanks a lot, Diva), a small, fuzzy creature in her hands. she sits down on the stars, letting the little thing go, and watches it intensely, mapping out its movement patterns, tracking its vitals as it skitters around, terrified on the Plane. it happened to find its way into her interior and while she waits for her version of Eight, Charley and C'rizz to finish up whatever they're doing, she's decided to take a spell on the Plane and study this new species]

Oh, yes, dogs especially.

It's a shame I couldn't bring one with me when we moved.

Winifred didn't think it was advisable, since the house we moved into is owned by the astronomical society. I don't think they would mind, not now at least.

There isn't anywhere to simply purchase one near where I live, and I'm afraid I don't have the time to go out and search for such a store.

And I imagine it would make it rather difficult to transport a dog on bike.

I do plan on getting one, eventually. I miss having a dog around the house.

[Surprised] You don't have to do that.

Oh, well, I wouldn't want you to go out of your way for it.

It would have to be an Earth dog, a breed that's found around my time...

Ah, well, a big dog, perhaps?

Well, thank you.
