001--Er, what?

Er. Right, well....am I trapped in my own head again? Wouldn’t surprise me. This was what I saw last time I was trapped in my own head.
–‘least I think it was. Can’t really remember, since, y’know, my mind was, incidentally, wiped afterwards.
I sorta hope this is what I saw last time, ‘cause it’s beautiful. Sorta reminds me of when the Doctor and I, after a long day of running for our lives, would just sorta....stop and relax and look out the TARDIS doors at the stars and space.

Anyway, getting back on track. Hello? Anyone? ...dunno why I’m asking , if I’m trapped in my own head and all. I really doubt Mickey and Jake would be trapped in my head with me. I bet Mickey’s in his Gran’s house, if he’s in his head.
No clue where Jake would be. I should ask him next time I see him. Might sound a bit odd, though. “Er, so, Jake When you get trapped in your own head, where d’you end up?”

Well then. Hello, Miss Tyler.

I know all of the Doctor's companions, one way or another. His memories and the TARDIS's recordings can provide centuries of entertainment. So you're his Rose Tyler... working for Torchwood, then? Or perhaps you're from before or after or another universe entirely? So very hard to tell, here, so you'll forgive me that.

Oh, I forgot. I'm the Master. You may've already met my younger self; he's the one with the fangs and the beard.

Oh, yes. I do love my aliases. Most recently used 'Harold Saxon,' but there's really no reason for it now.

I try to be. He's never been particularly inventive. Which did he use around you?

[identity profile] savagestime.livejournal.com 2008-03-04 01:23 am (UTC)(link)
[laughs] It suits him better.

Oh, did I mention, I'm his newest companion.

[beams and picks her up by the throat, choking her] Of course, I'm also his 'best enemy,' as it goes. In fact, I hate him, and all those associated with him. It warms my hearts to see them writhe in pain.

[sets her down gently] Not sure how much of that you got, but I think the message comes across, more or less.

Good! [ruffles her hair] I always like the bright companions.

[identity profile] savagestime.livejournal.com 2008-03-04 02:02 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, don't sulk. I could've broken every bone in your body, even the ones in your ears - you pick up a lot about human anatomy when you're my age - but I only made you a little breathless. [offers a hand to help her up]

[identity profile] savagestime.livejournal.com 2008-03-04 02:34 am (UTC)(link)
[pulls her to her feet] Oh, just common courtesy.

[identity profile] savagestime.livejournal.com 2008-03-04 10:59 pm (UTC)(link)
You just haven't met enough madmen.

[identity profile] savagestime.livejournal.com 2008-03-05 02:41 am (UTC)(link)
Then the Doctor's been taking you to meet all the wrong sorts of them.

[identity profile] savagestime.livejournal.com 2008-03-08 08:44 pm (UTC)(link)
I'll have to speak to him about it.

Can't have him undereducating his assistants, now can I?
