Ianto? Are you down here? What's going on? [pause] This obviously isn't the vaults...perhaps the Rift's been acting up again. I'm not sure I've ever heard of it taking people and transporting them elsewhere, though. Logically, it would make sense that it works both ways, but why hasn't it happened before now?

[she takes another few steps, looking around] All the constellations are here...and in the ground. Or...whatever this is. [she reaches down, examining the surface] This is quite unusual - it shouldn't even be possible. Then again, I live with a pet pterodactyl. You'd think that very little could surprise me by now.

Um, well, it's just you and me in the Hub. The Master's got control of everything.

...you're from mine, then. [A slight pause.] He's on the Valiant.

What? [she looks taken aback] How?

I don't know. He doesn't really talk about it.

[Tosh frowns, going quiet]

...I know that this ends though. The world goes back to how it was before, and the Master gets what he deserves.

[small nod] That's good, then. [but she still looks troubled]

...you alright?

[she forces a smile] Yeah, I'm fine.

No you aren't.

If everything goes back to normal...what about Gwen and Owen?

They'll be alive. Nothing that's happened since the Master took over will have happened.

Really? [and Tosh looks happier now]

Really. [And Ianto looks happier too now, because apparently he's said the right thing! \o/]
