[002] stars shining bright above you

[Because the mun is really very slow about these things and apologizes for it -- a Doctor is sprawled out on the Plane (because the "a" is a necessary article, given that there are, in fact, several Doctors that could exist here at any given moment). His head is pillowed by his hands, and the pull on his sleeves reveals the barest hint of bruising on his wrists, hidden beneath the fabric. On his lower lip and on his right brow are scabbed-over cuts, and on his left cheek is a lovely, vivid sort of bruise.

At the moment it would seem that he has no inclination to move from his spot on the lovely Plane floor, though what he's doing just lying there is anyone's best guess--]

Ah, there's Eta Canis Majoris.

[-- . . . Right. Nevermind that last narration. He seems to be doing a bit of star gazing -- and surprisingly, despite the fact that he's obviously been in a bit of a scuffle, he looks relatively serene. Relatively. By which we mean he doesn't look entirely angry. Much.]

[Gets a little closer but not too close and sits down, glancing upward to see what it was the Doctor named aloud.]

[he smiles at Ryotarou as he settles in.] Hullo, there. Back to your old self, yet?

[He shakes his head a little, glancing over... and noticing the bruises now. He's still a bit shaken from earlier, but it's not nearly as bad.] ... What happened?

Oh, you know. Disagreements. 'Cause things tend to get heated when you tell a bloke he's bonkers -- especially if he really is.

But nevermind that. How're you feeling?

[You may notice he's not looking directly at you anymore, Doctor.] I'm okay.

Perfectly understandable, you know. Not as though anyone's expecting you to hop back into things like that. [and he's moving a hand to snap his fingers -- bruised knuckles ftw.]

Sakurai doesn't know what happened. ... I don't want him to, really. He doesn't.. need to see me like this, though. [Glances at the bruises, and remembers the evaded question.] ... You never said who you got in a fight with.

Ah, Sakurai? Don't think I've met him [Even though he has -- they just never got around to introductions. Anyway, he's tucking his hand back under his head.] Feel like guessing?

Den-O. I think I mentioned him before... [He watches for a moment.] Not really. I don't know everyone you know.

[thinking a moment] Ah, right, I think you did.

[The Doctor sighs a little, rubbing his eyes a bit tiredly.] The Master. He was holding some bloke by the collar and seemed put-out with him.
